تأثیر آموزش مبتنی بر مدل پرسید پروسید بر سلامت روان زنان میانسال مراجعه‌کننده به خانه‌های سلامت شهرداری تهران

زمینه و هدف: مسائل متعدد دوره میانسالی موجب بحرانی شدن این مرحله از زندگی و به خطر افتادن سلامت روان زنان و افزایش تعداد مبتلایان به اختلالات روانی می گردد، زنان بیش از مردان مبتلا به اختلالات روانی هستند و میانسالان بیش از سایر گروه های سنی مبتلا به این اختلالات می باشند؛ لذا این مطالعه باهدف تعیین تأثیر آموزش مبتنی بر مدل پرسید پروسید بر سلامت روان زنان میانسال مراجعه‌کننده به خانه‌های سلامت شهرداری تهران، سال 97-1396 انجام‌شده است.

مواد و روش ها: مطالعۀ نیمه تجربی، با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی در میان 72 نفر زن میانسال خانه‌های سلامت منتخب شهر تهران انجام شد. برای این منظور از پرسشنامه استاندارد سلامت عمومی 28 سؤالی (GHQ-28) و پرسشنامۀ محقق ساخته طراحی‌شده بر اساس مدل پرسید استفاده شد؛ تأیید روایی و پایایی این ابزار قبل از مطالعه و توسط دو گروه مداخله و کنترل قبل و بعد مداخلۀ آموزشی صورت گرفت. داده‌ها نیز با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 19 و با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری کای اسکوئر، تی تست و ...تحلیل شدند.

یافته‌ها:بر اساس نتایج، میانگین سنی زنان موردمطالعه 47/90 سال بود. پس از مداخله آموزشی میانگین نمره سازه‌های مدل پرسید (عوامل مستعد کننده، قادر کننده و تقویت‌کننده) و رفتار در گروه مداخله در مقایسه با گروه کنترل به‌صورت معناداری افزایش داشته است (0/001>P). هم‌چنین یافته‌های پژوهش نشان‌دهنده بهبود معنادار در میانگین نمره‌ی سلامت روان زنان میانسال گروه مداخله در مقایسه با گروه کنترل از 26/30 به 16/10 بعد از آموزش است (0/05>P).

نتیجه گیری:  نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که آموزش مبتنی بر مدل پرسید در ارتقای سلامت روان زنان میانسال مؤثر است.
