بررسی تاثیرآموزش ترکیبی در مقایسه با آموزش حضوری بر رفتارهای خودمراقبتی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو

زمینه و هدف : بیماری دیابت به عنوان شایع ترین بیماری ناشی از اختلالات متابولیسم می باشد. این بیماری درمان قطعی ندارد، ولی قابل کنترل است. کنترل موفقیت آمیز دیابت بطور عمده ای بستگی به خود مراقبتی بیمار دارد زیرا بیش از 95 درصد از مراقبت های دیابت توسط خود بیمار انجام می شود. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تاثیر آموزش ترکیبی در مقایسه با آموزش حضوری بر رفتارهای خود مراقبتی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو انجام گرفت.
 مواد و روش ها : این پژوهش یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی دارای دو گروه آموزش ترکیبی و آموزش حضوری بود که در آن 60 بیمار مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه ترکیبی و حضوری قرار گرفتند. داده ها توسط پرسشنامه استاندارد SDSCA (پرسشنامه خلاصه رفتارهای خود مراقبتی دیابت) جمع آوری و مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. برای گروه آموزش ترکیبی، برنامه های آموزش ترکیبی اجرا شد و گروه آموزش حضوری، آموزش ها را به صورت حضوری در مرکز بهداشتی درمانی دریافت نمودند، نتایج با نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.
یافته ها :  قبل از مداخله میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره خودمراقبتی در گروه آموزش حضوری 0/74±3/3 و سه ماه بعد از مداخله 0/99±3/87 بود. در گروه آموزش ترکیبی نیز قبل از مداخله میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره خودمراقبتی 0/64±3/56سه ماه بعد از مداخله  0/85±4/6 بود که این تفاوت از نظر آماری در هر دو گروه معنی دار بود ولی این افزایش به نفع آموزش ترکیبی بود.
نتیجه گیری : نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که استفاده از روش آموزش ترکیبی در افزایش خود مراقبتی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو موثرتر از آموزش حضوری است. لذا استفاده از این روش در کنترل و کاهش عوارض ناشی از بیماری، در مبتلایان به دیابت نوع دو توصیه می شود.
