بررسی عوامل موثر بر نگرش و قصد خرید مصرف‌کنندگان مواد غذایی ارگانیک: مدل معادلات ساختاری

زمینه و هدف: استفاده از محصولات غذایی ارگانیک یک شیوه‌ی تفکر جدید در ارتباط با مواد غذایی، سلامت و طبیعت است. نگرش مصرف کنندگان به محصولات ارگانیک و نیز عوامل مؤثر بر افزایش مصرف این محصولات برای توسعه و تولید بیشتر و بهبود کیفیت این محصولات بسیار ضروری است. در این راستا تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل موثر بر نگرش و قصد خرید مصرف‏کنندگان مواد غذایی ارگانیک انجام شده است.

مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی- تحلیلی، تعداد 384نفر از مراجعه کنندگان به 4 مرکز عرضه کننده محصولات ارگانیک در شهر تهران بصورت تصادفی سیستماتیک انتخاب شدند. داده‌های پژوهش بر مبنای پرسشنامه مبتنی بر سازه‌های مدل نگرش به محصولات ارگانیک و قصد خرید و رفتار خرید واقعی مصرف کنندگان، پس از تعیین روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری شد. تحلیل و آزمون فرضیات تحقیق به کمک نرم افزارهای SPSS نسخه 22 و Amos نسخه 23 صورت گرفت.

یافته‌ها: براساس نتایج مطالعه حاضر، درک مصرف‏کننده از قیمت با مقدار 67/00= β و هنجار ذهنی با مقدار 0/42= β بیشترین تأثیر را در نگرش مصرف کنندگان نسبت به مواد غذایی ارگانیک دارند. همچنین در دسترس بودن، آگاهی بهداشتی و دانش مواد غذایی ارگانیک به ترتیب با مقدار 0/26= β، 0/15= β و 0/16= β در نگرش مصرف کنندگان و این نگرش بر قصد و رفتار خرید ایشان، تأثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد. R2 برای متغیرهای قصد و رفتار خرید 0/42و 0/53 و برای نگرش 0/89 محاسبه شد.

نتیجه گیری: با توجه به تأثیر مستقیم دانش مواد غذایی ارگانیک بر نگرش، قصد و رفتار خرید مصرف کنندگان، لذا به شرکت‎های تولید کننده این محصولات پیشنهاد می‎گردد در زمینه آگاهی افراد جامعه نسبت به این محصولات و بیان مزایای مصرف آن تبلیغات گسترده ای انجام دهند.
