بررسی تاثیر آموزش مبتنی برمدل بزنف بر رفتارهای پیشگیرانه از سالک در دانش آموزان دوره متوسطه

زمینه و هدف: سالک یک معضل بهداشت عمومی در مناطق گرمسیری کشور است که به دلیل ایجاد ضایعات بر روی بدن بیماران از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. هدف این مطالعه، تعیین تاثیر آموزش مبتنی بر مدل بزنف بر کنترل سالک در دانش آموزان متوسطه شهر دهلران بود.

مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر به روش مداخله ای با گروه کنترل، بر روی 100 نفر از دانش آموزان متوسطه شهر دهلران، که به صورت نمونه گیری خوشه ای تصادفی وارد مطالعه شدند، انجام گردید. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها، پرسشنامه استاندارد قدسی مشتمل بر 36 سوال بر اساس آگاهی و سازه های مدل بزنف (باورهای فردی، باورهای هنجاری، هنجارهای انتزاعی، عوامل قادرکننده، باورهای¬رفتاری، قصدرفتاری و رفتار) بود. تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج با استفاده از نرم افزار Spss 23 و با محاسبه شاخص های توصیفی و تحلیل کوارایانس چند متغیره انجام گردید.

یافته ها :یافته های تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره در پس آزمون و پیگیری برای هر چهار آزمون پیلائی، لابمدای ویلکز، اثر هوتلینگ و بزرگترین ریشه روی، معنادار (0/05>p) شد. نتایج یافته ها ی حاصل از تحلیل کو واریانس پس از کنترل اثر پیش آزمون بیانگر تاثیر مداخله در تمامی مولفه ها در پس آزمون(0/05>p) بوده، ولی در بخش پیگیری نتایج در بخش باور های-رفتاری، قصدرفتاری و رفتار معنادار (0/05
نتیجه گیری: یافته های مطالعه حاضر نشان داد اجرای مداخلات آموزشی مبتنی بر مدلهای ارتقا سلامت، می تواند تاثیر بسزایی در موفقیت برنامه های پیشگیری و کنترل سالک داشته باشد.
