مقایسه‌ی اثربخشی مداخله‌ی ذهن‌آگاهی، طب‌سوزنی گوش و مداخله‌ی تلفیقی آن‌ها بر سبک‌های رفتاری خوردن وشاخص توده بدنی در زنان مبتلا به چاقی: یک کارآزمائی بالینی

زمینه و هدف: رفتارهای ناسالم خوردن در افراد داری اضافه‌وزن و چاقی نیازمند بررسی و مداخله‌ی اثربخش است. این مطالعه به مقایسه‌ی اثربخشی ذهن‌آگاهی و طب سوزنی گوش و تلفیق آن‌ها بر سبک‌های رفتاری خوردن و کاهش وزن زنان پرداخته است.

مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون، پیگیری و گروه کنترل با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انجام شد. در سال ۱۴۰۳، تعداد ۶۳ زن ۲۵ تا ۵۰ ساله با BMI بالاتر از ۲۵ دارای معیارهای ورود و خروج، از مراجعین مراکز بهداشت و درمانگاه ایران‌خودرو تهران انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در ۳ گروه آزمایشی  (ذهن‌آگاهی- طب سوزنی و تلفیق آن دو) و یک گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه‌ی سبک رفتار‌های خوردن داچ  (۱۹۸۶) و ارزیابی شاخص‌های زیستِی در مراحل پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری یک ماهه بود. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS ۲۵ و روش آنوای آمیخته، با معنی‌داری ۰/۰۰۱> P تحلیل شد.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد در پس‌آزمون، BMI در گروه‌های آزمایش در مقایسه با کنترل، کاهش معناداری داشته  (۰/۰۰۱> P) و به‌ویژه در گروه تلفیقی که این کاهش بیشتر و تا مرحله پیگیری نیز پایدار ماند  (۰/۰۰۱=P). هم‌چنین آزمون تعقیبی بن‌فرونی نشان داد که خوردن بیرونی و هیجانی در دو گروه‌های ذهن‌آگاهی و تلفیقی، کاهش معنی‌داری داشتند  (۰/۰۵>P) و اثراتشان طی پیگیری یک ماهه پایدار بود.

نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، می‌توان از ذهن‌آگاهی و طب سوزنی گوش و مداخله‌ی تلفیقی برای کاهش وزن و کاهش خوردن هیجانی و بیرونی و رفتار بازداری زنان چاق استفاده نمود. به‌نظر می‌رسد مداخله‌ی تلفیقی نسبت به سایر روش‌ها، اثر بخشی و پایداری بیشتر و معنادارتری در کاهش وزن و بهبود سبک رفتارهای خوردن دارد.
