تأثیر آموزش مبتنی بر نظریۀ خودکارآمدی بر سواد سلامت، خودکارآمدی و رفتارهای خود مراقبتی بیماران مبتلابه دیابت نوع دو

زمینه و هدف: دیابت نوع دو یکی از مهم‌ترین چالش‌های سلامت عمومی است. خودکارآمدی و سواد سلامت از مهم‌ترین عواملی هستند که در موفقیت خودمراقبتی در بیماران دیابتی نقش عمده‌ای دارند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تأثیر آموزش مبتنی بر نظریۀ خودکارآمدی بر سواد سلامت و رفتارهای خودمراقبتی و خودکارآمدی بیماران مبتلابه دیابت نوع دو انجام گرفت.
مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش مطالعه‌ای نیمه تجربی با گروه کنترل و آزمون بود که در آن ۷۰ بیمار مبتلابه دیابت نوع دو به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمون و کنترل قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد,TOHFLA SDSCA, CIDS ارزیابی شده و برنامۀ آموزشی برای گروه آزمون اجرا و نتایج با نرم افزار آماری Spss ویرایش ۱۶، تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: قبل از مداخله بین دو گروه کنترل آزمون از نظر میانگین نمرۀ خودکارآمدی (۰/۷۷=P،۰/۲۹=t) و خودمراقبتی (۰/۶۷ = P، ۰/۴۲ =t) و سواد سلامت (۰/۶۹ = P، ۰/۳۸ =t) تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت؛ اما بعد از مداخلۀ آموزشی میانگین نمرات در گروه آزمون افزایش یافت و بین دو گروه، ازنظر میانگین نمرۀ خودکارآمدی (۰/۰۰۱ > P، ۰/۰۹۹ =t)، خود مراقبتی (۰/۰۰۳ = P، ۳/۱۳ =t) و سواد سلامت (۰/۰۱ = P، ۲/۶۶ =t) تفاوت معنادار، مشاهده شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که مداخلۀ آموزشی مبتنی بر نظریۀ خودکارآمدی در بهبود خودکارآمدی، سواد سلامت و رفتارهای خود مراقبتی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت مؤثر است. لذا استفاده از استراتژی‌های خودکارآمدی در برنامۀ درمانی و کنترل بیماری در مبتلایان به دیابت توصیه می‌شود.
