رابطه مولفه های ادراک حمایت اجتماعی (خانواده، دوستان و دیگر افراد مهم) با گرایش به مصرف مواد روان گردان در پرستاران بیمارستان های شهر کرمانشاه

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به اهمیت نقش پرستاران در افزایش سلامت فرد، خانواده و جامعه، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطۀ ادراک حمایت اجتماعی با گرایش به مصرف مواد روان‌گردان در پرستاران انجام شد.

مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش کلیۀ پرستاران بیمارستانهای شهر کرمانشاه در سال ۱۳۹۵ بودند که ۳۴۱ نفر به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای، از بین آنها انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش مقیاس ادراک حمایت اجتماعی چند بعدی زیمت و همکاران (۱۹۸۸) و پرسشنامۀ گرایش به مصرف مواد
روان‌گردان بهرهمند و همکاران (۲۰۱۴) بود. برای تحلیل دادههای جمعآوری شده از نرم افزار Spss  ویرایش ۲۲ و آزمونهای همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون استفاده شد.

یافته‌ها: نتایج یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که رابطۀ معناداری بین مولفههای ادراک حمایت اجتماعی با نمرۀ کلی گرایش به مصرف مواد روان‌گردان وجود داشت که این روابط همگی در سطح (۰/۰۰۱>P)معنادار بودند.

نتیجه‌گیری: بنابراین میتوان نتیجه گرفت که خرده مقیاسهای ادراک حمایت اجتماعی توان پیشبینی گرایش به مصرف مواد روان‌گردان را دارند.
