fa تبیین مهارت‌های مورد انتظار محیط کار از دانش‌آموختگان کارشناسی‌ارشد ‌آموزش بهداشت و ارتقای سلامت در جهت افزایش پاسخگویی اجتماعی قوانین و سیاست های سلامت Health Policies and Legislation پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف: </strong>پاسخ‌گویی و تعهد اجتماعی یکی از رویکردهای فلسفی دانشگاه‌ها می‌باشد که تمرکز آن بیشتر بر مسئولیت پذیری دانشگاه‌ها در خدمت به جامعه است. در همین خصوص صلاحیت‌های دانش‌آموختگان مراکز آموزش عالی موضوع بسیار مهمی است که هدف این پژوهش شناسایی مهارت‌های مورد انتظار جامعه از دانش‌آموختگان کارشناسی‌ارشد ‌آموزش بهداشت و ارتقای سلامت در جهت افزایش سطح پاسخ گویی اجتماعی می‌باشد.<br> <br> <strong>مواد و روش ها:</strong> این مطالعه کیفی با روش تحلیل محتوا در سال ۱۳۹۹-۱۴۰۱ در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اهواز انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان، فارغ‌التحصیلان کارشناسی ارشد آموزش بهداشت و ارتقا سلامت و کارکنان مسئول واحد آموزش سلامت در زیرمجموعه معاونت بهداشتی بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس به مطالعه دعوت شدند. روش گردآوری داده‌ها به‌صورت مصاحبه ساختاریافته بود که پس از جمع آوری داده‌ها مورد تحلیل محتوا قرار گرفت.<br> <br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> این پژوهش با مشارکت ۱۹ نفر از دانش‌آموختگان و کارشناسان آموزش بهداشت با میانگین سنی ۳۹ سال و میانگین سابقه کار ۱۴ سال انجام شد. ۱۰۵ نیاز و مهارت یک کارشناس آموزش بهداشت و ارتقا سلامت در قالب چهار طبقه اصلی شامل؛ مهارت‌های موردنیاز کارشناس آموزش بهداشت و ارتقا سلامت در محیط کار، مهارت‌های مفید برای محیط کار که در دانشگاه آموزش داده می‌شود، مهارت‌های مورد انتظار محیط کار و انتظارات از نظام آموزشی جهت افزایش پاسخ گویی به نیازهای جامعه، ارائه شد.<br> <br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>بر حسب اظهارات مشارکت کنندگان بنظر می‌رسد بین مهارت‌های آموزش داده‌شده در سطح دانشگاه و نیازهای شغلی دانش‌آموختگان این رشته شکاف وجود دارد و بیشتر این تفاوت در مورد مهارت‌های عملی برآورد شده است. همچنین به‌منظور بهبود پاسخگوئی به نیازهای کارکنان و نهایتاً نیازهای جامعه، حمایت علمی و عملی متخصصین آموزش بهداشت و ارتقا سلامت از شاغلین در محیط کار موردنیاز است که مستلزم تعامل نظامند و مداوم بین معاونت بهداشت با دانشکده بهداشت می‌باشد.</div> <br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Titr"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Objectives:</strong> Accountability and social commitment is one of the philosophical approaches of universities, which focuses more on the responsibility of universities in serving the society. The purpose of this research is to identify the skills expected by the society from the graduates of the master&#39;s degree in health education and health promotion in order to increase the level of social accountability.&nbsp;<br> <br> <strong>Materials & Methods:</strong> This qualitative study was conducted with the quantitative content analysis method at Ahvaz University of Medical Sciences. The statistical population of this research was all the students and graduates of the master&#39;s degree in health and the staff in charge of the health education unit in the sub-category of health department, who were invited to the study by available sampling method. The data collection method was a structured interview.<br> <br> <strong>Results: </strong>This research was conducted with the participation of 19 health education graduates and experts with an average age of 39 years and an average work experience of 14 years. 105 needs and skills of a health education and health promotion expert in the form of four main categories including; The required skills of a health education and health promotion expert in the workplace, useful skills for the workplace that are taught in the university, skills expected in the workplace and expectations from the educational system to increase responsiveness to the needs of society were presented.<br> <br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> There is a gap between the skills taught at the university level and the job needs of graduates of this field, and most of this difference is estimated for practical skills.
