en بازنگری در آموزش سلامت مدارس ایران: فراخوانی سیاستی مبتنی بر چارچوب سازمان جهانی بهداشت قوانین و سیاست های سلامت Health Policies and Legislation نامه به سردبیر Letter to the Editor <div style="text-align: justify;">نظام آموزشی ایران در ارائه آموزش سلامت اثربخش با چالش‌های متعددی مواجه است که تا حد زیادی ناشی از اتکا به رویکردهای سنتی و مداخلات پراکنده است. در شرایطی که الگوی اپیدمیولوژیک در حال تغییر بوده و با افزایش بار بیماری‌های غیرواگیر (NCDs) و اختلالات سلامت روان در میان نوجوانان همراه است، بازنگری اساسی در این حوزه ضروری است. این مقاله با نگاهی انتقادی، وضعیت کنونی آموزش سلامت در مدارس ایران را در مقایسه با چارچوب &laquo;مدارس مروج سلامت&raquo; (HPS) سازمان جهانی بهداشت بررسی کرده و مهم‌ترین شکاف‌های ساختاری و اجرایی را مشخص می‌کند. شواهد موجود نشان می‌دهد که اجرای برنامه‌های HPS در ایران اغلب به‌صورت محدود و تقلیل‌یافته انجام می‌شود و بیشتر به اقدامات نمادین یا مداخلات در سطح فردی بسنده می‌کند. هم‌چنین، تأکید بیش از حد بر اطلاع‌رسانی، بدون توجه کافی بر شرایط اجتماعی مؤثر بر سلامت و ایجاد محیط‌های حمایتی، باعث کاهش اثربخشی این برنامه‌ها شده و می‌تواند به افزایش نابرابری‌های سلامت منجر شود. حرکت به‌سوی رویکرد جامع و بوم‌شناختی مورد تأکید در چارچوب HPS مستلزم چند اقدام کلیدی است: ارتقای جایگاه سلامت در سیاست‌های آموزشی، ایجاد محیط‌های حمایتی در مدارس، تقویت توانمندی نیروی انسانی و توسعه‌ی پژوهش‌های کاربردی برای بهبود عملکرد. هم‌راستاسازی برنامه‌های سلامت مدارس در ایران با این چارچوب می‌تواند به بهبود پایدار و عادلانه سلامت دانش‌آموزان کمک کند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The Iranian education system faces numerous challenges in delivering effective health education, largely due to its reliance on traditional approaches and fragmented interventions. As the epidemiological profile shifts&mdash;with a growing burden of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) and mental health disorders among adolescents&mdash;a fundamental reassessment of current strategies is urgently needed. This paper critically examines the current state of school health education in Iran by comparing it with the World Health Organization&rsquo;s Health Promoting Schools (HPS) framework, identifying key structural and implementation gaps.<br> Available evidence suggests that HPS initiatives in Iran are often implemented in a limited and reductionist manner, largely confined to symbolic actions and individual-level interventions. Moreover, the prevailing emphasis on information dissemination&mdash;without sufficient attention to social determinants of health and the creation of supportive environments&mdash;has reduced the effectiveness of these programs and may contribute to widening health inequalities.<br> Transitioning toward the comprehensive, ecological approach advocated by the HPS framework requires several strategic actions: elevating the status of health within educational policy, fostering supportive physical and social school environments, strengthening human resource capacity, and promoting applied, action-oriented research to guide practice.
