The aim of this paper was to study the impact of feeding behavior associated with gastric cancer in women working in Isfahan in 2013. Methods: In this semi-experimental interventional study, 72 female workers were classified into two case and control groups, each 36 workers. Inclusion criteria of the study were: Iranian nationality, female workers, married, educated, having at least 20 years, and residents of Isfahan. Data was gathered using a questionnaire (=0.810). Based on the results of pre-test, the nutrition educational package was designed to suit the training needs. The experimental group received the educational intervention (six45-minutes sessions in six weeks). Then immediately and three months after educational intervention both groups were asked to complete the questionnaire again. Data was analyzed using independent T test with alpha level of 0.05. The study was approved by the Tarbiat Modress University’s Medical Ethics Committee. Results: The mean age of cases was 33.12 and control group 33.22, significant difference (p<0.001) in case and control groups in mean awareness (89.72 vs. 36.85), attitude (69.50 vs. 34.98) and practice (75.63 vs. 40.22) after the intervention. Conclusion: The effectiveness of nutrition educational package showed a developed accretion of knowledge, attitude and practice of employed women in feeding behavior associated with gastric cancer. Besides its physical effect on the body, it could also cause depression and anxiety which could affect spouse and the rest of the family. The aim of this study was to design and test the effectiveness of a couple-oriented emotional-cognitive-behavioral intervention model and compare it with a patient-oriented cognitive-behavioral intervention model on improving the quality of the relationship between couples in women suffering from rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: The research design was quasi-experimental with a pre-test, a post-test and 3 months of follow-up. The research samples consisted of 90 women with rheumatoid arthritis participated in this study through judgmental sampling. They were assigned to three groups including couple-oriented group, patient-oriented group and control group. The data was gathered through Golombok- Rust Inventory of Marital State (GRIMS) that was filled by participations at the pre-test, post-test and follow-up after 3 months. The inflammatory marker CRP levels were also measured through blood tests before and after interventions. The experimental groups participated in couple-oriented intervention (7 sessions with couples) and patient-oriented (7 sessions only with patients) and the control group remained on the waiting list. Data was analyzed using repeated measures multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) and Post hoc test through SPSS16. Results: Despite the effectiveness of both types of intervention, the couple-oriented intervention had more effect size (d = 0.20) compared with patient-oriented intervention (d=0.06) on the quality of the marital relationship even in three-month follow-up. Despite the reduction of inflammatory marker CRP levels in posttest, still there was no significant difference (F (2,87) = 0.33 p<0.71) in the levels of the inflammatory marker in pre and posttests of the 3 groups. Conclusion: The couple-oriented emotional cognitive-behavioral-intervention can be used as an effective intervention to improve marital state in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. The employees were selected by random sampling. A three-part questionnaire (Demography, International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI)) was used for collecting data. Data were analyzed using SPSS16 and descriptive statistics and independent t test, paired t test, Pearson correlation coefficient and ANOVA test significant level was considered 0.05 in all analyses.  Results: 57.5% of the employees were men and 91% were married. Average age was 38.52±7.86 years. Results showed that the mean of physical activity had increased after the intervention and with the increase in physical activity the mean of lack of job accomplishment decreased, which in turn shows increase in employees’ job satisfaction. Data were analyzed through SPSS18 using Chi-squared test and Pearson Correlation Coefficient. Results: Regarding the level of physical activity (Pedometer results), 32% of students were active and 68% inactive. The results of IPAQ showed that out of active individuals, 68% performed light, 28% moderate and 2% sever physical activity. There was only significant relationship between physical activity and father's jobs. In the case of level of mother and father’s education, mother's jobs and household income had no significant effect on the frequency of adequate physical activity.
