بررسی وضعیت خودمراقبتی و ارتباط آن باخودکارآمدی بیماران مبتلا به فشارخون بالا

زمینه و هدف: پرفشاری خون، یک بیماری شایع بوده، که اغلب بدون علامت و قابل درمان است. عدم درمان این بیماری، اغلب به عوارض مرگ بار منتهی می شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی وضعیت خودمراقبتی و ارتباط آن با خودکارآمدی بیماران مبتلا به فشارخون بالا شهر مشهد در سال 1398 انجام شد.

مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه به روش توصیفی– مقطعی تعداد250 بیمار مبتلا به پرفشاری خون شهر مشهد در سال 1398به روش چند مرحله ای از بین بیماران مراجعه کننده به مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه 3 قسمتی شامل: اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی و پرسشنامه استاندارد خودکارآمدی و خودمراقبتی فشارخون بود. داده ها با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری تی تست، آنالیز واریانس، من ویتنی، کروسکال والیس، همبستگی خطی و رگرسیون توسط نرم افزار SPSS نسخه20 با سطح معنی داری 0/5 تحلیل گردید.

یافته ها: براساس یافته های بدست آمده رفتارهای خودکارآمدی و خودمراقبتی با کسب نمره 10/13±40/43 و 10/66±48/78 در حد نسبتا نامطلوب قرار داشت. و بین رفتارهای خودکارآمدی و خودمراقبتی با شغل، شاخص توده بدنی، تعداد جلسات دریافت مشاوره فشارخون، مصرف دارو، سابقه بیماری در پدر رابطه معنی داری مشاهده شد( 0/05>p ). گفتنی است بین نمرات کلی خودمراقبتی با خودکارآمدی همبستگی مثبت و معنی داری مشاهده گردید( 0/001=P)(rp=0/82).

نتیجه گیری: با توجه به وجود همبستگی معنادار بین انجام رفتارهای خودمراقبتی با خودکارآمدی و از آنجا که این موارد در پیشگیری و کنترل فشارخون بسیار موثرند. لذا پیشنهاد می گردد، برنامه های آموزشی جهت بیماران مبتلا به پرفشاری خون به منظور افزایش تبعیت از رفتارهای خودمراقبتی و ارتقا سطح خودکارآمدی بیماران طراحی و اجرا گردد.
