برنامه آموزشی مبتنی بر نظریه رفتار برنامه‌ریزی ‌شده و تأثیر آن بر رفتارهای خودمراقبتی در بیماران مبتلا به پیش پرفشاری خون

زمینه و هدف : پرفشاری خون یکی از شایع‌ترین بیماری‌های غیرواگیر و از مهمترین مشکلات سلامتی در جهان به‌ شمار می رود که در عین حال قابل پیشگیری و کنترل می‌باشد. نظریه¬ی رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده  یکی از نظریه‌های مهمی است که فرآیند اصلی پذیرش رفتارهای بهداشتی را توضیح می‌دهد. پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی تاثیر مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر نظریه¬ی رفتار برنامه¬ریزی شده بر رفتارهای خودمراقبتی بیماران پرفشاری خون مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان¬های تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان انجام گرفت.

مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه  نیمه تجربی بود که در میان 120 نفر از بیماران پیش پرفشاری¬خون شهر زاهدان درسال 1399 انجام شد. نمونه‌گیری به روش به صورت نمونه¬ی در دسترس انتخاب و به دو گروه آزمون (60 نفر) و کنترل (60 نفر) تقسیم شدند. برای گروه آزمون 6 جلسه¬ی آموزشی برگزار گردید و در گروه کنترل مداخله انجام نشد. داده¬ها قبل از مداخله آموزشی، بلافاصله پس از مداخله¬ی آموزشی و سه ماه بعد از آن، با استفاده از پرسشنامه متناسب با سازه های نظریه¬ی رفتار برنامه ریزی شده جمع آوری شد.

یافته  ها : میانگین سنی افراد شرکت کننده 6/18±47/03 که 60 نفر مرد و 60 نفر از آنها زن بودند. در مراحل قبل و پس از مداخله، میانگین نمره آگاهی از 1/97±21/15 به 1/54±23/05 و نگرش از 5/98±39/90 به 1/43±45/35، کنترل رفتاری درک شده از 4/58±44/28 به1/42±49/48 ، هنجار انتزاعی از 4/08±40/90 به 1/76±44/40 و قصد رفتاری از 5/93±41/90 به 1/72±47/46 و رفتار از 3/39±42/96 به 1/83±46/61 افزایش یافت و این اختلاف از نظر آماری معنی دار بود (0/001>P)؛ ولی در گروه کنترل اختلاف معنی داری در این زمینه مشاهده نشد.

نتیجه گیری: مداخله ی آموزشی مبتنی بر نظریه¬ی رفتار برنامه ریزی شده می¬تواند بر بهبود رفتارهای خودمراقبتی در بیماران مبتلا به پیش پرفشاری خون موثر باشد.
