تأثیر برنامه آموزشی مبتنی بر وب در استفاده بهینه از گوشی‌های تلفن همراه هوشمند در بین دانشجویان مبتلا به نوموفوبیا براساس نظریه خودکارآمدی: نقش کتابدار پزشکی

زمینه و هدف: عارضه نوموفوبیا به عنوان ایجاد ترس به واسطه از دست دادن تلفن‌ همراه تعریف شده است و به عنوان یکی از انواع شناخته‌ شده فوبیا شناخته شده است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر برنامه آموزشی مبتنی بر وب کتابدار پزشکی در استفاده بهینه از گوشی‌های تلفن همراه هوشمند در بین دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بوشهر مبتلا به نوموفوبیا براساس نظریه خودکارآمدی در سال 1399 انجام شد.

مواد و روش ها: روش پژوهش نیمه تجربی همراه با گروه کنترل و طرح پیش‌‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بوشهر تشکیل دادند. از بین آنها تعداد 98 نفر از دانشجویانی که از نظر شاخص اختلال نوموفوبیا نمرات بالاتر از خط برش را کسب کردند، به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب و با تخصیص تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و آزمون گمارده شدند. گروه آزمون آموزش‌های مبتنی ‌بر وب و کتابچه الکترونیک را دریافت کردند. اطلاعات افراد مورد مطالعه توسط پرسشنامه‌ای مشتمل بر سه بخش اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی، پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی درک شده و نوموفوبیا در دو مرحله گردآوری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها توسط نرم افزار SPSS انجام شد.

یافته‌ها: نتایج بدست آمده از این پژوهش نشان داد که میانگین نمره نوموفوبیا در گروه آزمون بعد از مداخله آموزشی 16/20±54/10 نسبت به قبل از مداخله 22/11±78/30 کاهش معناداری داشته است (0/001>P). همچنین تغییرات میانگین همه مؤلفه‌های نوموفوبیا که شامل عدم دسترسی به اطلاعات ، از دست دادن راحتی و آسایش، عدم توانایی برقراری ارتباط و از دست دادن ارتباط می‌شود، بین دو گروه کنترل و آزمون تفاوت آماری معناداری داشته است (0/001>P). علاوه بر این، میانگین نمره خودکارآمدی در گروه آزمون بعد از مداخله آموزشی4/20±36/30 نسبت به قبل از مداخله 4/79±30/80 افزایش معناداری داشته است (0/001>P).

نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش‌های سلامت‌محور غیرحضوری، به ویژه طراحی آموزش‌های مبتنی بر وب، در دوران شیوع بحران‌های فراگیر می‌تواند راهکار مناسبی برای ارائه آموزش‌های ضروری به مخاطبان باشد. پژوهش حاضر نشان داد ارائه آموزش‌های سلامت‌محور مبتنی بر وب با مدنظر قرار دادن نیازهای مخاطبان قادر است اثرات مثبتی بر کاهش نوموفوبیا و افزایش خودکارآمدی دانشجویان داشته باشد.
