تاثیر آموزش خود مدیریتی مبتنی بر درمان شناختی رفتاری گروهی بر اجزاء سندرم متابولیک در بزرگسالان – یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی

زمینه و هدف: سندرم متابولیک یکی از بزرگترین مشکلات بالقوه بهداشت عمومی در جهان و عامل خطر ابتلا به بیماری­های غیر واگیر بخصوص بیماری های قلبی عروقی و دیابت است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تاثیر آموزش خود مدیریتی مبتنی بر درمان شناختی رفتاری گروهی بر اجزای سندرم متابولیک بزرگسالان مبتلا انجام شد.
مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی بود. جامعه پژوهش، بزرگسالان 30 تا 70 ساله مراجعه کننده به مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت شهر گناباد بودند. حجم نمونه تعداد 80  فرد بزرگسال مبتلا به سندرم متابولیک بوده که به طور تصادفی به دو گروه 40 نفره مداخله و کنترل تخصیص یافتند. اندازه گیری محیط دور کمر، مقدار فشار خون سیتولیک و دیاستولیک، قند خون ناشتا، تری گلیسیرید خون و لیپوپروتئین با دانسیته بالا در دو مرحله قبل از مداخله و سه ماه بعد از پایان مداخله انجام و ثبت شد. جلسات آموزشی طی 8 جلسه جهت گروه مداخله اجرا گردید. داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمونهای کای اسکویر، تی زوجی، تی مستقل و تحلیل کوواریانس تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش خودمدیریتی مبتنی بر درمان شناختی رفتاری گروهی در مبتلایان به سندرم متابولیک به ترتیب بیشترین اثر معنی دار بر اجزای سندرم متابولیک شامل کاهش قند خون ناشتا با اندازه اثر 0/23، کاهش مقدار تری گلیسیرید با 0/19، افزایش مقدار HDL با 0/12، کاهش فشار خون سیستولیک با 0/15 و کاهش محیط دور کمر با 0/10 بوده است (0/05>P)، اما بر کاهش فشار خون دیاستولیک تاثیر نداشته است (0/05<P).
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اثربخشی آموزش خود مدیریتی مبتنی بر درمان شناختی رفتاری گروهی بر بهبود مقادیر اجزای سندرم متابولیک پیشنهاد می گردد با انجام مداخلات آموزشی اثربخش مانند آموزش خود مدیریتی مبتنی بر درمان شناختی رفتاری، ریسک ابتلا به بیماری های غیر واگیر را کاهش داد.
