شناسایی مؤلفه های سبک زندگی سلامت‌محور با تأکید بر دوره نوجوانی: یک مطالعه کیفی

زمینه و هدف: موضوع سلامت به عنوان یک سرمایه فردی و اجتماعی با توجه به اهمیتی که برای رشد و شکوفایِی فرد و جامعه دارد، از دیرباز مورد توجه اندیشمندان در حوزه های مختلف بوده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی مؤلفه¬های سبک زندگی سلامت‌محور با تأکید بر دوره نوجوانی بود.

مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل محتوا انجام گرفت. جامعه پژوهش شامل اسناد و مدارک علمی معتبر مرتبط با سبک زندگی سلامت¬محور بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه¬گیری هدفمند 47 مقاله (35 مقاله فارسی و 12 مقاله لاتین) مربوط به بعد از سال 2000 به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای انجام پژوهش از طریق مطالعه مقالات علمی مربوط به سبک زندگی سلامت‌محور ابتدا مفاهیم اولیه استخراج شده و به زیرمقوله¬ها و زیرمقوله¬ها به مقوله¬های اصلی اختصاص پیدا کردند. ابزار تحقیق شامل فیش‌های یادداشت‌برداری بود. شیوه تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها بر اساس تحلیل محتوای کیفی از نوع قراردادی (استقرائی) انجام شد و در سه مرحله مفاهیم اولیه، زیرمقوله¬ها و مقوله¬های اصلی به صورت دستی استخراج شدند.

یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که مقوله¬های سبک زندگی سلامت¬محور شامل چهار مقوله اصلی و 12 زیرمقوله شامل سلامت جسمی (تحرک، تغذیه، الگوی خواب مناسب، کاهش رفتارهای پرخطر، مسئولیت¬پذیری در قبال سلامت، پیشگیری از حوادث و مراقبت از خود)، سلامت روانی (مدیریت استرس، خودشکوفایی، مثبت¬اندیش و ذهن¬آگاهی)، سلامت اجتماعی (روابط بین-فردی) و سلامت معنوی (رشد معنوی) است. تعداد مفاهیم اولیه، 62 مورد بود.

نتیجه گیری: امید می رود با آموزش این زیرمقوله¬ها به نوجوانان بتوان سبک زندگی سلامت¬محور را برای آنان ایجاد کرد و از این طریق به بهبود سلامت نوجوانان کمک کرد.
