بررسی تاثیرآموزش مبتنی بر نظریه رفتار برنامه‌ریزی شده در پیشگیری از بیماری ایدز در بین معتادان

زمینه و هدف: یکی از ناقلین ویروس اچ آی وی/ ایدز معتادین می‌باشند که باید برای پیشگیری از این انتقال، آموزش ببینند. با توجه به اهمیت آموزش در پیشگیری از اچ آی وی/ ایدز، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر آموزش مبتنی بر نظریه رفتار برنامه‌ریزی¬شده در پیشگیری از بیماری ایدز انجام شد.

مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه نیمه تجربی در سال 99-1398 روی 100 معتاد مراجعه¬کننده به مراکز ترک اعتیاد شهر ساری (DIC) که با روش نمونه¬گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند، انجام گرفت. داده¬ها در دو مرحله (قبل و دو ماه پس از مداخله) با استفاده از پرسشنامه طراحی¬شده نظریه رفتار برنامه¬ریزی¬شده  برای هر دو گروه جمع¬آوری شد. مداخله با توجه به نتایج پیش آزمون در چهار جلسه آموزشی (یک ساعته) طراحی و برای گروه آزمون انجام شد. داده¬ها با استفاده از SPSS-23 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.‏

یافته‌ها: قبل از مداخله تفاوت معناداری در سازه‎های نظریه رفتار برنامه¬ریزی¬شده بین دو گروه وجود نداشت (0/05p)

نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر نظریه رفتار برنامه¬ریزی¬شده در رفتارهای پیشگیرانه ایدز در معتادان موثر است. با توجه به تأثیر معنادار مداخله بر سازه¬های نظریه رفتار برنامه¬ریزی شده، آموزش مبتنی بر این نظریه می¬تواند به ¬عنوان چارچوبی جهت طراحی و اجرای مداخلات آموزشی جهت پیشگیری از ایدز در بین معتادان استفاده شود.
