تاثیر مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر نظریه رفتار برنامه ریزی شده در خصوص رفتارهای پیشگیرانه از عوارض میکروبی و اشعه تلفن همراه در دانش آموزان دختر دوره متوسطه دوم

زمینه و هدف: تلفن همراه یکی از مهم ترین وسیله های ارتباطی و اجتماعی عصر حاضر محسوب می شود که نگرانی هایی در مورد اثرات آسیب زای آن به سبب رشد روزافزون استفاده از آن در بین نوجوانان وجود دارد. در این راستا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر نظریه رفتار برنامه¬ریزی شده در خصوص عوارض میکروبی و اشعه تلفن همراه در دانش-آموزان دختر دوره متوسطه دوم شهر باغملک انجام شد.

مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی دو گروهی (گروه آزمون و گروه کنترل) بود که روی 100 نفر از دانش آموزان در سال 1398 انجام شد. جامعه هدف شامل دانش¬آموزان دختر دوره متوسطه دوم بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای وارد مطاله شدند. مداخله آموزشی با استفاده از روش سخنرانی کوتاه، بحث گروهی، پرسش و پاسخ به ‌تناسب سازه‌ های نظریه رفتار برنامه ریزی شده برگزار شد. جلسات آموزشی به صورت آموزش گروهی در قالب 3 جلسه به مدت 90 دقیقه طی یک ماه انجام شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده¬ها به کمک نرم افزار SPSS24 و از طریق آزمون¬های تی مستقل و تی زوجی انجام شد.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که قبل از مداخله، میانگین و انحراف معیار نمرات نگرش (4/87±24/08)، هنجار ذهنی (7/67±32/52)، کنترل رفتاری درک شده (5/05±32/28)، قصد رفتاری (4/44±13/14) و رفتار (4/40±24/30)، بین دو گروه آزمون و کنترل تفاوت معنی¬داری نداشتند (p>0/05). اما یک ماه پس از مداخله آموزشی میانگین میانگین و انحراف معیار نمرات نگرش (5/95±25/94)، هنجار ذهنی (7/31±37/22)، کنترل رفتاری درک شده (5/42±34/80)، و رفتار (5/95±26/86) به جز قصد رفتاری (3/11±14/02) در گروه آزمون به طور معنی¬داری افزایش پیدا کرد (p<0/001).

نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته¬های این پژوهش، آموزش مبتنی بر نظریه رفتار برنامه¬ریزی شده مثمر ثمر بوده و می¬توان با افزایش نگرش، هنجار ذهنی و کنترل رفتاری درک شده باعث ارتقاء رفتار پیشگیرانه از عوارض میکروبی و اشعه تلفن همراه در دانش آموزان گردید.
