ترسیم نقشه علمی مقالات مرتبط باسواد سلامت با استفاده از تحلیل هم رخدادی واژگانی در مدلاین

زمینه و هدف: بررسی روندها و حوزه‌های دانشی در حال ظهور و نیز پیش‌بینی مسیر پژوهش‌های آتی درزمینه مفهوم سواد سلامت، به‌منظور ارتقای سلامت جامعه ضروری است. لذا این پژوهش باهدف ترسیم دانش تحقیقات در حوزه سواد سلامت و نشان دادن ساختار دانش و تحول آن‌ها در طول زمان انجام شد.

مواد و روش‌ها: این تحقیق با رویکرد علم‌سنجی و با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل هم رخدادی واژگانی انجام شد. مطالعه در سه مرحله بازیابی، تحلیل و بصری سازی با بررسی مقالات حوزه سواد سلامت از پایگاه داده مدلاین در طی (1970-2018) انجام شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل واژگانی و نرم‌افزار  VOSviewer  انجام شد.

یافته‌ها : از مجموع 7،429 مقاله، رشد انتشارات علمی مربوط به زمینه سواد سلامت طی 10 سال گذشته به‌سرعت افزایش‌یافته و در سال‌های اخیر نیز به رشد خود ادامه می‌دهد. مطالعات عمدتاً در مؤسسات تحقیقاتی آموزش عالی در کانادا و ایالات‌متحده انجام‌شده بود. نویسندگان فعال این حوزه  با تأثیر بالاتر مشخص شدند. کلمه کلیدی "ارتباط" ، "افسردگی" ، "آموزش بهداشت" و "اینترنت" به ترتیب بیشترین فراوانی هم واژگانی را داشتند. نتایج تجزیه‌وتحلیل خوشه‌ای، داده‌ها در سه خوشه اصلی شناسایی و دسته‌بندی شد.  همچنین حوزه سواد سلامت با ابعاد سبک زندگی، فناوری اطلاعات سلامت، سواد سلامت روان و بیماری‌های مزمن ارتباط نزدیک داشت.

نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به ماهیت میان‌رشته‌ای سواد سلامت، با حوزه‌های آموزش، بهداشت، علوم ارتباطات فناوری اطلاعات (ICT)  و بهداشت روان، همکاری متخصصان در این زمینه‌ها برای غنی‌سازی تحقیقات علمی و کاربردی آن‌ها  می‌تواند کمک‌کننده باشد.
