ارتباط میان کیفیت بصری محیط شهری و میزان فعالیت بدنی شهروندان: یک مطالعه موردی

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به تأثیر چشمگیر کیفیت بصری محیط بر میزان فعالیت بدنی شهروندان ضروری است تا با مطالعات بین‌ رشته‌ای در کاهش فاصله میان دو حوزه شهرسازی و سلامت عمومی گام‌های اساسی انجام گیرد. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی ارتباط میان کیفیت بصری محیط و میزان فعالیت بدنی شهروندان در محله مهر شهر کرج انجام شد.

مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه یک تحقیق کمی است که با رویکرد تحلیل عاملی تأییدی انجام شد. جامعه آماری تعداد 100 نفر از ساکنان محله مهر شهر کرج بوده‌اند که به ‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب گردید. گردآوری داده‌ها با استفاده از دو پرسش‌نامه انجام شد. تحلیل داده‌ها و آزمون فرضیات با روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی(CFA) و آزمون‌های حداقل مربعات جزئی(PLS)، اسپیرمن و تحلیل واریانس یک ‌طرفه بود.

یافته‌ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد کیفیت زیبایی ‌شناختی ادراکی با میانگین و انحراف معیار 0/57±3/62 از لحاظ آماری اختلاف معناداری با میانگین جامعه داشت(0/001=P). میانگین و انحراف معیار فعالیت بدنی ساکنین 0/51±3/24 بود که این تفاوت از نظر آماری معنی دار بود(0/001=P). نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد کیفیت زیبایی بصری ادراکی ساکنین از محیط تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر میزان فعالیت بدنی ساکنین در محیط دارد. بهبود تنوع بصری، منظم‌تر شدن، بازتر و وسیع‌تر شدن محیط، طبیعی‌تر بودن، حفظ و نگهداری بهتر، وجود عناصر تاریخی در محیط و شاداب و سرزنده بودن آن، ازنظر ساکنین منجر به فعالیت بدنی و پیاده‌روی، دوچرخه‌سواری، فعالیت بدنی شدید و متوسط در محیط خواهد شد.

نتیجه گیری: بهبود کیفیت بصری محیط می‌تواند شرکت در فعالیت‌های بدنی را تسهیل و تشویق کند و برای ارتقاء فعالیت بدنی شهروندان و ارتقای سلامت عمومی، تغییر و بهبود در برخی از کیفیت ‌های بصری در محیط های شهری تأثیر بیشتری بر سلامت شهروندان خواهد داشت. به‌ منظور افزایش میزان فعالیت بدنی شهروندان، می‌توان به ‌گونه‌ای هدفمند و دقیق‌ در کالبد محیط های شهری تغییراتی ایجاد کرد.
