اثربخشی مداخلات آموزشی مبتنی بر ابعاد توانمندسازی بر بهبود پیامدهای بیماران التهابی روده در جهان: یک مرور سیستماتیک از مطالعات کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده

زمینه و هدف: بیماری التهابی روده(IBD)، یک بیماری مزمن عود کننده و غیرقابل درمان است . هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثربخشی مداخلاتی است که از ابعاد توانمندسازی جهت بهبود پیامدهای بیماران التهابی روده استفاده کرده اند.

مواد و روش ها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع مرور نظام مند بود. در پایگاه های PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus و Embase  از سال 2000 تا 2021 کلیدواژه های خود مراقبتی یا توانمند سازی، خودکارآمدی یا خود مدیریتی، خود کنترلی یا اعتماد به نفس یا خود تعیین کننده، بیماری التهابی روده یا IBD یا بیماری کرون یا کولیت اولسروز جستجو شد. دو محقق به طور جداگانه جستجو و غربالگری را انجام دادند.

یافته ها:  در نهایت، 13 مقاله وارد مطالعه شدند. اکثر مداخلات با هدف افزایش آگاهی بیماران در خصوص عملکرد بیماری و پیشگیری از عود آن، افزایش مهارت های خودمدیریتی، خودمراقبتی و کنترل استرس  از طریق مشاوره، سخنرانی، مواد آموزشی نوشتاری، تلفن و کامپیوتر انجام شده بود. بیشترین پیامدهای مداخلات کاهش اضطراب، کاهش مشکلات مرتبط با بیماری ، کاهش ویزیت و افزایش کیفیت زندگی بود. 

نتیجه گیری: مداخلات آموزشی مبتنی بر ابعاد توانمندسازی بر بهبود پیامدهای بیماران التهابی روده می تواند موثر باشد. انجام اینگونه مداخلات می تواند تاثیرات بالینی و یا روانشناختی مثبتی در بیماران داشته باشد و منجر به افزایش کیفیت زندگی بیماران گردد. بیشترین استراتژی های مورد استفاده، آموزش مهارت های خودمدیریتی و غلبه بر اضطراب و استرس بود.
