طراحی و ارزیابی ویژگی های روانسنجی ابزار تمایل به تزریق واکسن کووید-19 بر اساس الگوی اعتقاد بهداشتی

زمینه و هدف: وجود ابزاری سنجش تمایل به  تزریق واکسن ضروری است. هدف این مطالعه تعیین روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه تمایل به  تزریق واکسن کووید 19 درکارکنان یک بیمارستان در شهر تهران بود.

مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه یک پژوهش روش شناسی از نوع ابزارسازی بود. تعداد 56 گویه برای پرسشنامه در نظر گرفته شد. برای روایی ابزار از روایی صوری، روایی محتوایی  با نظر 10 نفر از متخصصین و برای پایایی آلفای کرونباخ و آزمون – باز آزمون   استفاده شد. در نهایت میزان روایی سازه با   474  نمونه ارزیابی شد.

یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد، پرسشنامه ی تمایل به تزریق واکسن کووید 19، روایی صوری مناسب با امتیاز تاثیر بالاتر از 1/5،  نسبت روایی محتوایی مناسب در دامنه ی 0/70 و  روایی محتوایی کافی در دامنه ای از 0/73  الی 0/78 دارد. آلفای کرونباخ در دامنه ای از 0/87 الی 0/96  و پایایی آزمون بازآزمون در دامنه ای از0/68 تا 0/92 بود. در روایی سازه در قسمت اکتشافی ۸ عامل، با ارزش عاملی بالاتر از 0/4  تعیین شد. در قسمت تاییدی برای عوامل پرسشنامه نیز نیکوئی برازش (دامنه ای از 0/91 تا 0/98) و خطای ریشه مجذور میانگین(در دامنه ای از 0/33 تا 0/49) بدست آمد. در کل در مرحله بررسی نسبت روایی محتوایی 4 سوال و در مرحله ی بررسی شاخص روایی 1 سوال حذف شد.

نتیجه گیری: نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که پرسشنامه ی تمایل به تزریق واکسن کووید 19 از روایی و پایایی کافی برخوردار بوده و ابزار مناسبی برای ارزیابی تمایل  به واکسن در کارکنان بهداشتی می باشد. این پرسشنامه در نهایت با 8 سازه  (حساسیت درک شده، شدت درک شده، منافع درک شده، موانع درک شده، راهنمای عمل، خودکارآمدی، آگاهی و رفتار) و با 51 سوال مورد تایید قرار گرفت.
