بررسی تاثیر توانمندسازی خانواده بر سبک زندگی پیشگیری کننده از عوامل خطر بیماری های قلبی عروقی در زنان میانسال در پاندمی کووید-19: یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده

زمینه و هدف: پاندمی کووید-19 نیاز به مداخلات خلاقانه جهت پیشگیری از بیماری های قلبی-عروقی را دوچندان کرد. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر مداخله مبتنی بر توانمندسازی خانواده بر سبک زندگی پیشگیری کننده از عوامل خطر بیماری های قلبی عروقی در زنان میانسال انجام گرفت.

مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی از نوع تصادفی شده، 74 نفر از زنان میانسال تحت پوشش مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت جنوب شهر تهران به صورت در دسترس مبتنی بر معیارهای ورود به پژوهش انتخاب و به روش بلوک بندی تصادفی به دو گروه مداخله و کنترل تخصیص یافته و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. برنامه توانمندسازی خانواده محور مبتنی بر سبک زندگی پیشگیری کننده از عوامل خطر بیماری¬های قلبی عروقی برای گروه مداخله طی 6 جلسه و هر جلسه به مدت 30 دقیقه به صورت مجازی و از طریق اپلیکیشن واتساپ انجام شد. پس از 8 هفته پرسشنامه ها مجدد تکمیل و داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه های اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی، ارزیابی عادات غذایی(FFQ)، فعالیت فیزیکی (Baecke)و سلامت متابولیک جمع آوری و از روش های آمار توصیفی (جداول توزیع فراوانی- محاسبه شاخص های عددی) و آمار استنباطی (آزمون کای دو، تی مستقل، تی زوجی و فیشر) استفاده و در نرم افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 20 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.

یافته ها: یافته های این مطالعه نشان داد از نظر متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی، عادات غذایی، فعالیت فیزیکی و سلامت متابولیک دو گروه مداخله و کنترل همگن بوده و اختلاف معناداری نداشتند (0/001P).

نتیجه گیری: توانمندسازی خانواده یکی از روش های موثر در پیشگیری عوامل خطر قابل تعدیل در بیماری های مزمن، بخصوص بیماری¬های قلبی عروقی می¬باشد. پاندمی کووید-19 فرصت مناسبی برای مشارکت خانواده ها در اجرای برنامه¬های فوق پدید آورد. برنامه هایی که بنیان خانواده را محور خود قرار می دهند، تاثیرات مثبتی در راستای آموزش به افراد به خصوص افراد مسن تر در خانواده، در ارتباط با تغییر رفتار بر جای می¬گذارند و میتوان از آن به عنوان روشی مطمئن و موثر در جهت پیشگیری از بیماری های قلبی عروقی استفاده نمود.
