fa طراحی و اعتباریابی ابزار بررسی آگاهی و عملکرد کشاورزان پسته‌کار درمورد سم آفلاتوکسین و راه‌های پیشگیری از تولید آن در محصول پسته آموزش بهداشت و ارتقای سلامت Health Education & Health Promotion پژوهشي Research <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> با توجه به ضرورت سنجش آگاهی و عملکرد افراد به‌منظور طراحی مداخلات آموزشی مناسب برای پیشگیری از تولید آفلاتوکسین بر محصول پسته، هدف مطالعه حاضر طراحی و اعتباریابی ابزاری برای سنجش آگاهی و عملکرد کشاورزان پسته‌کار درمورد آفلاتوکسین و راه‌های پیشگیری از تولید آن در محصول پسته است.<br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> طراحی پرسش‌های پرسشنامه ابتدا با مروری بر مطالعات و دیدگاه‌های متخصصان و کشاورزان صورت گرفت. سپس، اعتبار صوری و محتوای کمی آنها به کمک مصاحبه با کشاورزان و پنل متخصصان بررسی و شاخص روایی محتوی و نسبت روایی محتوای پرسش‌های پرسشنامه اندازه‌گیری شد. همچنین از روش آزمون مجدد و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی (380 کشاورز) برای پایایی و روایی سؤالات استفاده شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> در بررسی روایی صوری و روایی محتوی کمی، یک پرسش از عملکرد و آگاهی حذف و دو پرسش آگاهی و عملکرد نیز ویرایش شد. پرسش‌های دارای شاخص روایی محتوا و نسبت روایی محتوا به‌ترتیب 0/79&ge; و 0/62&ge; در پرسشنامه باقی ماندند. نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی نیز برای سه دسته پرسش‌های آگاهی و عملکرد مناسب بود. نتایج تست بارتلت معنادار بود و فرضیه صفر نیز رد شد. با توجه به بارهای عاملی بالاتر از 0/3، در این مرحله هیچ پرسشی حذف نشد. درنهایت، پرسشنامه آگاهی با 18 و پرسشنامه عملکرد نیز با 10 پرسش تأیید شدند.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: پرسشنامه مطالعه حاضر می‌تواند در تعیین آگاهی و عملکرد کشاورزان در زمینه سم آفلاتوکسین و راه‌های پیشگیری از تولید آن در محصول پسته و طراحی مداخلات آموزشی مناسب برای این گروه استفاده شود.<br> <br> <br> &nbsp; <strong>Background and Objective</strong>: Given the necessity of assessing knowledge and practice of individuals to prevent the Aflatoxin contamination in pistachio in order to develop appropriate educational interventions, design and validating a standard tool is essential. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to develop and validate an instrument to determine the knowledge and performance of pistachio farmer in terms of Aflatoxin contamination and the methods to prevent its production in pistachio product.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this research, initial items of instrument were designed based on literature review and interview with experts and farmers. The face validity, Content Validity Ratio (CVR) and Content validity Index (CVI) of instrument were determined by interview with farmers and through opinions of experts&rsquo; panel respectively. Test-retest analysis was conducted to test the stability of the instrument. Also, according to the data of 380 farmers, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was performed.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results showed that CVI and CVR of items of instrument were &le;0.79 and &le;0.62 respectively. Confirmatory factor analysis indicated a good fit for the data. EFA Analysis showed that KMO is suitable for 3 groups of Knowledge and also for practice. Bartlett&rsquo;s test was significant and zero hypothesis of data was rejected. According to factor load higher than 0.3 for every question, neither of them was removed.
