fa ارتباط بین دانش جنسی و بخشودگی زناشویی با سلامت روان زنان متأهل پژوهشي Research <p><b>زمینه و هدف:</b> رابطه جنسی مطلوب که موجب تأمین رضایت طرفین شود، نقش بسیار مهمی در رابطه زوجین و استحکام خانواده دارد. بخشش یکی از فرایندهای ارتباطی برای افزایش التیام آزردگی است و بر بیشتر شاخص‌های سلامت روان تأثیر می‌گذارد. سلامت روان زنان، سلامت خانواده و در پی آن جامعه را تضمین می‌کند. لذا پژوهش حاضر درصدد بررسی ارتباط بین دانش جنسی و بخشودگی زناشویی با سلامت روان زنان متأهل 20-40 ساله شهرستان الشتر بود.<br> <b>مواد و روش‌ها</b>: پرسشنامه‌های مقیاس دانش جنسی آن هوپر، مقیاس بخشودگی پولارد و پرسشنامه کوتاه‌شده سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ (GHQ-28) در این پژوهش مورداستفاده قرار گرفتند. جامعه آماری زنان متأهل شهرستان الشتر در سال 1391 بود. تعداد نمونه‌ها 120 نفر بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار SPSS16 و روش‌های آماری ضریب همبستگی ساده و رگرسیون و آزمون تی برای مقایسه میانگین‌ها و آزمون تحلیل واریانس استفاده شد. سطح معناداری در این پژوهش 05/0 در نظر گرفته‌شده است.<br> <b>یافته‌ها</b>: بین دانش جنسی و سلامت روان زنان متأهل رابطه مثبت معناداری (215/0-r=، 05/0p<) وجود داشت. بین بخشودگی زناشویی و سلامت روان زنان متأهل نیز رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود داشت (347/0-r=، 001/0p<)؛ که بخشودگی توانست 3/13% پراکندگی سلامت روان را تبیین کند درحالی‌که سهم دانش جنسی در این پیش‌بینی در سطوح آماری معنادار نبود.<br> <b>نتیجه‌گیری</b>: آموزش و افزایش دانش جنسی زنان سبب ارتقاء سلامت روان آنان می‌گردد، بخشش نیز سهم مثبتی در افزایش سلامت روان زنان متأهل دارد.<br> <b>نوع مقاله</b>: مطالعه پژوهشی.</p> <p><b>Background & objective</b>: An appropriate sexual intercourse resulting in both parties&#39 satisfaction can play a crucial role in couples&#39 relations and family strength. Forgiveness is one of the psychological and relational processes for enhancing hurt-healing which influence many indicators of mental health. Women&#39 mental health guarantees family and, in turn, society&rsquo;s health. Thus, this study aims to explore the relationship between sexual knowledge and marital forgiveness with the mental health of married women aged 20-40 yrs. in Aleshtar city in Lorestan Province, Iran .<br> <b>Methods:</b>The Hooper Sexual knowledge scale, Pollard Forgiveness scale (FFC), and Goldberg General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-28) were used in the study. The statistical population consisted of married women in Aleshtar city in the year 2012. Samples comprised of 120 people were selected by clustering sampling. Data was analyzed through SPSS16 using simple correlation coefficient regression and t-test were used for comparing means and analysis of variance. In this study, the significance level was considered 0.05.<br> <b>Results</b>: There was a significant positive correlation between sexual knowledge and mental health of married women (r=0.215, p <0.05). There was also was a significant positive correlation between forgiveness and mental health of married women (r=-0.347, p <0.001),<br> <b>Conclusion</b>: Education and increasing the sexual knowledge of women could improve their mental health.
