fa تاثیر آموزش بر بهبود مهارتهای ارتباطی کارکنان بخش تصویربرداری پزشکی بیمارستان نجمیه تهران مداخلات ارتقای سلامت Health Promotion Interventions پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه:</strong> مهارت های ارتباطی ابزار مهمی در ارائه خدمات سلامت به شمار می رود. برای ارایه خدمات مناسب، ارتباط موثر بین کارکنان و مراجعین یک ضرورت است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی تاثیر مداخله آموزشی بر مهارت های ارتباطی کارکنان بخش تصویربرداری پزشکی بیمارستان نجمیه&nbsp; تهران انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong>این مطالعه مداخله ای نیمه تجربی در سال 1398در شهر تهران انجام گرفت. کلیه کارکنان بخش تصویربرداری بیمارستان نجمیه (19 نفر) وارد مطالعه شدند. در ابتدا میزان مهارت های ارتباطی شرکت کنندگان به صورت خودارزیابی با استفاده از نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه استاندارد سنجش مهارت های ارتباطی کوئین دام سنجیده شد. در مرحله بعد آزمودنی ها طی 4 جلسه تحت آموزش مهارت های ارتباطی به روش توزیع پمفلت های آموزشی، سخنرانی و بحث های گروهی قرار گرفتند.&nbsp; بعد از اجرای مداخله آموزشی، مجددا با استفاده از پرسشنامه مذکور، سنجش ثانوی انجام شد. با توجه به نرمال بودن توزیع جمع نمرات حیطه ها و کل پرسشنامه بر اساس نتیجه آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنوف، از آزمون تی زوجی برای مقایسه میانگین جمع نمرات پرسشنامه&nbsp; قبل و بعد از مداخله آموزشی استفاده شد. نتایج با استفاده از نرم افزار 20<span dir="LTR">SPSS </span>&nbsp;تحلیل شد<span dir="LTR"> .</span><br> <strong>نتایج: </strong>&nbsp;79درصد شرکت کنندگان در مطالعه خانم بودند. میانگین (انحراف معیار) جمع نمرات کل پرسشنامه قبل از مداخله آموزشی 111.2(9.84) و بعد از مداخله آموزشی &nbsp;121.5 (9.45) بود که اختلاف مشاهده شده میان آنها از نظر آماری معنی دار گردید (<span dir="LTR">P< 0.001</span>) همچنین میانگین جمع نمرات &nbsp;همه پنج حیطه &nbsp;مهارت های ارتباطی نیز بعد از مداخله آموزشی نسبت به قبل از مداخله آموزشی افزایش یافت.<br> <strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه گیری: </span></strong><span dir="RTL">نتایج پژوهش نشان داد مداخله آموزشی بر بهبود مهارت های ارتباطی کارکنان بیمارستان تاثیرگذار می باشد. &nbsp;</span> <strong>Background</strong>: Communication skills are important tools in providing health services. To providing the adequate services, effective communication between staff and clients is essential<span dir="RTL">.</span> The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of educational intervention on communication skills of medical imaging staff of Najmieh Hospital in Tehran.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This quasi-experimental intervention study was performed in 2019 in Tehran. All staff of Najmia hospital imaging department (19 people) were enrolled. At first, the level of employeeschr(&#39;39&#39;) communication skills was measured by self-assessment using the standard Queen Dam communication skills questionnaire. In the next stage, the subjects were trained in communication.&nbsp;&nbsp; After performing the educational intervention, a secondary test was performed again using a questionnaire. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to compare the mean scores of the questionnaire before and after the educational intervention by paired t-method. The results were analyzed by SPSS software.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Results:</strong> The mean score of communication skills before the educational intervention was 111.2 and after that were 21.5. Also, the mean scores of the five components of communication skills increased after the educational intervention compared to before that.
