fa ارزیابی اثر یک مداخله مبتنی بر الگوی پرسید – پروسید بر ارتقاء مدیریت قاعدگی در دختران نوجوان کرمانشاه مداخلات ارتقای سلامت Health Promotion Interventions پژوهشي Research <strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: با توجه به اهمیت سلامت جنسی زنان، نقش مدیریت قاعدگی نوجوانان آشکار است. بر اساس شواهد دختران نوجوان در بسیاری از کشورهای دنیا از جمله ایران مدیریت قاعدگی خوبی ندارند. لذا این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثر اجرای یک برنامه ارتقاء سلامت با استفاده از الگو پرسید-پروسید در دختران نوجوان دبیرستانی کرمانشاه انجام شد.<br> <br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها</strong>: این مطالعه، یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی بدون گروه کنترل است که در سال 1400 تا 1401 در شهر کرمانشاه انجام شد. در این مطالعه ابتدا نیازسنجی با شرکت 300 نفر، دختر نوجوان دبیرستانی به صورت تصادفی دو مرحله‌ای انجام شد و ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه بود. سپس متناسب با نتایج نیازسنجی، مداخله آموزشی با حجم نمونه 80 نفر، دختر دبیرستانی که به صورت تصادفی دو مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. ابزار جمع آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته روا و پایا بر اساس الگو ی پرسید-پروسید بود و قبل، بعد و دو ماه بعد از مداخله توسط دانش آموزان تکمیل شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه22 و آزمون فریدمن تجزیه و تحلیل شد.<br> <br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: نتایج نیاز سنجی نشان داد که میانگین نمره آگاهی دانش‌آموزان (میانگین &plusmn; انحراف معیار) برابر 3/9&plusmn; 7/06، نمره نگرش برابر8/33 &plusmn; 33/16 و نمره خودکارآمدی برابر 9/44 &plusmn; 32/28 بود. نتایج مقایسه‌ای نشان داد که میانگین و میانه عوامل مستعدکننده، عوامل قادرکننده و عوامل تقویت‌کننده (0/001>p) از نظر آماری در سه مقطع (قبل، بعد و دو ماه بعد از مداخله) تفاوت معنا داری دارد.<br> <br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: نتایج به دست آمده از این مطالعه، نشان دهنده تاثیر مثبت برنامه آموزشی براساس الگوی پرسید-پروسید و اجزای آن (عوامل مستعدکننده، عوامل قادر‌کننده و عوامل تقویت‌کننده) بر مدیریت قاعدگی دختران نوجوان است.<br> &nbsp; <strong>Background and Objectives:</strong> Considering the importance of women&#39;s sexual health, the role of adolescent menstruation management is obvious. According to evidence, teenage girls in many countries of the world, including Iran, do not have good menstrual management. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of implementing a health promotion program using the PRECEDE-PROCEED model in high school teenage girls in Kermanshah.<br> <br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This study is a semi-experimental study without a control group that was conducted in Kermanshah from 2021 to 2022. In this study, needs assessment was done by 300 high school girls randomly and the data collection tool was a questionnaire. Then, according to the needs assessment results, an educational intervention with a sample size of 80 students and high school girls who were selected by two-stage random sampling were evaluated. Data collection tool was a valid and reliable researcher-made questionnaire based on PRECEDE-PROCEED model and was completed by students before, after and two months after the intervention.
