fa بررسی تاثیر مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر سازه مراحل تغییر بر نگرش و مرحله تغییر رفتار فرزندآوری زنان متاهل آموزش بهداشت و ارتقای سلامت Health Education & Health Promotion پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف: </strong>فرزندآوری از عوامل مهم در توسعه‌ی جامعه و کشور می‌باشد. لذا این پژوهش با هدف تعیین تاثیر مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر سازه مراحل تغییر بر نگرش و مرحله تغییر رفتار فرزندآوری زنان متاهل در شهر مشهد انجام شد.<br> <br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها: </strong>این مطالعه‌ی نیمه تجربی، بر روی ۸۰ نفر از زنان متاهل (۴۰ نفر گروه مداخله و ۴۰ نفر گروه کنترل) تحت پوشش مرکز بهداشتی درمانی ثامن مشهد در ۱۴۰۱ انجام شد. نمونه‌گیری به روش تصادفی ساده انجام شد. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تایید قرار گرفت استفاده شد. برنامه‌ی آموزشی در ۴ جلسه به مدت یک ماه جهت گروه مداخله برگزار شد و شرکت‌کنندگان در هر دو گروه به سوالات پرسشنامه در قبل و ۳ ماه پس از مداخله پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS ۲۰ تحلیل شد.&nbsp;<br> <br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> میانگین نمرات نگرش زنان در گروه مداخله در مرحله قبل و ۳ ماه بعد از آموزش برابر۲/۲۱&plusmn;۲/۰۶،۱۶/۰۱&plusmn;۱۷/۸۵ بود. آزمون‌های آماری نشانگر ارتباط معنی‌دار آموزش بر نگرش زنان جهت فرزندآوری بود(P>۰/۰۱). همچنین مداخله آموزشی بر تغییر رفتار فرزندآوری زنان تاثیرگذار بود(P<۰/۰۵).<br> <br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>مداخله آموزشی در این مطالعه توانست بهبود قابل‌توجهی در تغییر نگرش و رفتار فرزندآوری زنان متاهل در افراد در مراحل پیش‌تفکر و تفکر داشته باشد. با این وجود پیشنهاد می‌شود در برنامه‌های آتی افراد، مراحل آمادگی و عمل در مداخلات آموزشی نیز مدنظر قرار گیرند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Objectives:</strong> Having children is one of the important factors in the development of society and country. This research was carried out with the aim of determining the effect of educational intervention based on the stages of change on the attitude and behavior of married women to have children.<br> <br> <strong>Materials & Methods:</strong> This Quasi experimental study was conducted on 80 married women (40 in the intervention group and 40 in the control group) under the cover of Saman Health Center Mashhad in 2022. Sampling was done by simple random method. In order to collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used whose validity and reliability were confirmed. Educational program was held in 4 sessions for one month for the intervention group and the participants in both groups answered the questionnaire questions before and 3 months after the intervention. The data was analyzed by SPSS 20.&nbsp;<br> <br> <strong>Results:</strong> The mean attitude scores of women in the intervention group before and 3 months after the intervention were 16.01&plusmn;2.21, 17.85&plusmn;2.06. Statistical tests showed a significant relationship between education and women&#39;s attitude towards having children (P<0.01). Also, the educational intervention had an effect on changing behavior of women for having children (P>0.05).<br> <br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The educational intervention in this study was able to significantly improve the attitude of married women in the field of childbearing.
