fa بررسی تأثیر برنامه آموزشی مبتنی بر مدل چند نظریه‌ای بر رفتارهای پیشگیرانه از ابتلا به کووید-19 در دانشجویان شهر یزد آموزش بهداشت و ارتقای سلامت Health Education & Health Promotion پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف: </strong>با توجه به اهمیت رفتارهای پیشگیرانه از ابتلا به کووید- ۱۹ به‌ویژه در دانشجویان، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تأثیر برنامه آموزشی مبتنی بر مدل چند نظریه‌ای بر رفتارهای پیشگیرانه از ابتلا به کووید-۱۹ در دانشجویان شهر یزد انجام شده است.<br> <br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> پژوهش حاضر، یک مطالعه‌ی مداخله‌ای است که بر روی دانشجویان در حال تحصیل مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه‌های شهر یزد در سال ۱۴۰۰ انجام شد. با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده برای گروه مداخله (۵۰ نفر) و کنترل (۵۰ نفر) انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات مورد نیاز به‌وسیله‌ی پرسشنامه‌هایی که توسط تیم تحقیق پایایی و روایی آن سنجیده شده بود، قبل و ۱ ماه بعد از اجرای مداخله جمع‌آوری شد. هم‌چنین سطح معناداری ۵ % در نظر گرفته شد. تحلیل‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS ۱۸ انجام شد.<br> <br> <strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>میانگین سنی شرکت‌کنندگان ، ۱/۷۷&plusmn;۲۰/۹۱ بوده است. و اکثر آن‌ها زن (۷۱%) بودند. میانگین نمره‌ها در حیطه‌ی تحول عاطفی و تغییر در محیط اجتماعی رفتار شست‌و‌شوی دست ، افزایش قابل توجهی را بعد از مداخله در گروه مداخله نشان داد(۰/۰۵<span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="">&ge;</span></span></span></span>Pvalue).<br> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:" b="" nazanin=""></span></span></span> در رفتار پذیرش واکسن پیش از مداخله و پس از آن تفاوت معنی‌داری در میانگین نمره‌‌ی گفتگوی مشارکتی در گروه مداخله مشاهده شد (۰/۰۵<span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="">&ge;</span></span></span></span>Pvalue). در حیطه&lrm;‌ی گفتگوی مشارکتی، تغییر در محیط فیزیکی، تحول عاطفی، تمرین برای تغییر و تغییر در محیط اجتماعی رفتار پوشیدن ماسک، بعد از مداخله تفاوت معنی‌داری در میانگین نمره گروه مداخله مشاهده شد(۰/۰۵<span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="">&ge;</span></span></span></span>Pvalue).<span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:" b="" nazanin=""></span></span></span><br> <br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> برنامه‌ی آموزشی مبتنی بر سازه‌های مدل چند نظریه‌ای می‌تواند تاثیر بسزایی در اتخاذ رفتار‌های پیشگیرانه از ابتلا به کووید-۱۹ در دانشجویان داشته باشد. پیشنهاد می‌شود با انجام مطالعه کیفی جامع، تاثیر رفتار‌های پیشگیرانه از ابتلا به بیماری کووید -۱۹ و سایر بیماری‌های واگیردار نوظهور در آینده براساس مدل چند نظریه‌ای بررسی شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Objectives:</strong> Considering the importance of preventive behaviors against contracting covid-19, especially among students, this study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of the educational program based on the multi-theory model on preventive behaviors against contracting covid-19 among students in Yazd city.<br> <br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> The current research is an intervention study that was conducted on undergraduate students of Yazd universities. They were selected by simple random sampling for the intervention group and the control group (50 people). The required information was collected by means of questionnaires whose reliability and validity were measured by the research team, before and 1 month after the implementation of the intervention. Also, a significance level of 5% was considered. Analyzes were done with SPSS 18 software.<br> <br> <strong>Results: </strong>The average age of the participants was 20.91&plusmn;1.77. And most of them were women (71%). The mean scores in the field of emotional transformation and change in the social environment of hand washing behavior showed a significant increase after the intervention in the intervention group. In the vaccine acceptance behavior before and after the intervention, a significant difference was observed in the average score of cooperative dialogue in the intervention group. In the area of cooperative dialogue, change in physical environment, emotional transformation, training for change and change in the social environment of the behavior of wearing a mask, after the intervention, a significant difference was observed in the average score of the intervention group (P-Value &le; 05).<br> <br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The educational program based on multi-theoretical model structures can have a significant impact on the adoption of preventive behaviors against the infection of covid-19 in students.
