fa بررسی عملکرد دانش‌آموزان همیار پلیس در مقایسه با سایر دانش‌آموزان مدارس شهر همدان در خصوص پیشگیری از آسیب‌های ناشی از حوادث ترافیکی سلامت عمومی Public Health <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:iransans;"><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: یکی از عوامل عمدۀ مرگ‌ومیر کودکان، آسیب‌های ناشی از حوادث ترافیکی است. همیاران پلیس دانش‌آموزانی هستند که در خصوص مفاهیم اصلی پیشگیری از حوادث ترافیکی از پلیس آموزش‌هایی دریافت می‌کنند. مطالعۀ حاضر به‌منظور بررسی عملکرد دانش‌آموزان همیار پلیس در مقایسه با سایر دانش‌آموزان مدارس شهر همدان در خصوص پیشگیری از آسیب‌های ناشی از حوادث ترافیکی اجرا شد.<span style="font-size:16.0pt;"></span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;">مواد و روش‌ها</span></strong>: <span style="color:black;">در این مطالعۀ مقطعی ـ تحلیلی، دو گروه دانش‌آموز پسر در ۱۲ مدرسه، شامل ۱۸۴ دانش‌آموز همیار پلیس در ۶ مدرسه و ۱۸۴ دانش‌آموز غیرهمیار پلیس در ۶ مدرسۀ دیگر، به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. &nbsp;برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامۀ محقق‌ساخته استفاده شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">SPSS</span></span><span style="color:black;"> نسخۀ ۱۶ و با استفاده از آزمون کای اسکوئر انجام شد.</span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:16.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: میانگین و انحراف‌معیار آگاهی در گروه همیار پلیس به‌ترتیب ۰/۶۸۶ و ۰/۱۷۸ و در گروه غیرهمیار پلیس به‌ترتیب ۰/۷۱۸ و ۰/۵۱ بود؛ به‌طوری که از نظر میزان آگاهی، تفاوت معناداری بین دو گروه وجود نداشت. از لحاظ آیتم‌های یازده‌گانۀ رفتاری قابل‌انتظار از دانش آموزان همیار پلیس تفاوت معناداری بین دو گروه مشاهده نشد.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> آگاهی و رفتارهای همیاران پلیس نسبت به سایر دانش‌آموزان مطالعه‌شده تفاوت معناداری نداشت و آموزش مناسب‌تر به‌منظور بهبود سطح آگاهی و عملکرد همیاران پلیس، ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.<span style="font-size:14.0pt;"></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Background and objective:</strong> one of the major causes of child mortality is road traffic injuries. Police-assistant students are the students, who receive education on basic and simple contents of road traffic incidents. This study was conducted in order to investigate the performance of police-assistant male students comparing with the other students in Hamadan, concerning the prevention of road traffic injuries.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this cross-sectional study two groups of boy-students in twelve schools including 184 police-assistant students in six schools and 184 non- police-assistant students in other six schools were selected randomly. In order to collect data a researcher-made questionnaire was used. Data analysis was done using SPSS 16 and chi-square test.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The mean and standard deviation of knowledge in the police-assistant group were 0.686 and 0.178 respectively and were 0.718 and 0.15 respectively in the other students group, showing there was no significant difference between the two groups regarding knowledge.
