fa ارزیابی فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار از دیدگاه کارکنان بیمارستان‌های علوم پزشکی منتخب شهر تهران سلامت عمومی Public Health پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:iransans;">زمینه و هدف : گام اول در بهبود ایمنی بیمار در بیمارستان‌ها ارزیابی فرهنگ ایمنی موجود است. مطالعۀ حاضر با هدف ارزیابی فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار از دیدگاه کارکنان بیمارستان‌های علوم پزشکی منتخب شهر تهران انجام شد.&nbsp;<br> مواد و روش‌ها: در این پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی و مقطعی چهار مرکز آموزشی درمانی وابسته به دو دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهر تهران بررسی شدند. نمونۀ پژوهش شامل ۶۰۰ پرسنل بالینی و پاراکلینیکی مراکز مذکور است. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از نسخۀ فارسی پرسش‌نامۀ پیمایش بیمارستانی فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار استفاده شد. تحلیل آمار توصیفی با آزمون تی مستقل انجام شد.<br> یافته‌ها:&nbsp; نتایج نشان داد که بُعد کار تیمی درون واحدهای بیمارستان (۶۲ درصد) و بُعد تناوب گزارش‌دهی حوادث ناخواسته (۶۲ درصد) در بین ابعاد فرهنگ ایمنی بالاترین امتیاز را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند. در حالی که درک کلی از ایمنی بیمار (۵۶ درصد) و پاسخ غیرتنبیهی به خطاها (۵۸ درصد) پایین‌ترین امتیاز را در میان ابعاد مختلف فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار داشتند. امتیاز دو بعد پاسخ غیرتنبیهی به خطاها و درک کلی از فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار در بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه شهید بهشتی به طور معناداری بالاتر از امتیاز بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه تهران بود.<br> نتیجه‌گیری:&nbsp; بهبود ایمنی بیمار می‌بایست از مهم‌ترین اولویت‌های مدیران بیمارستان‌ها باشد و کارکنان به گزارش‌دهی خطاها بدون هیچ‌گونه ترس از تنبیه و سرزنش تشویق شوند. نهادینه کردن این امر نیازمند حمایت جدی مدیران ارشد سازمان‌هاست.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Background and Objective:</strong> To establish patient safety culture, first the current status of it should be assessed. The aim of this study was to measure personnel perceptions of patient safety culture in selected University of Medical Sciences hospitals in Tehran city.<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>In this descriptive cross-sectional study four educational hospitals which are under supervision of University of Medical Sciences in Tehran city were selected. The sample consisted of 600 clinical and Para clinical personnel that were asked to complete the Farsi version of Hospital Survey )HSOPSC( on Patient Safety Culture. The data was analyzed using t-test for two independent samples.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results showed that the highest score on two dimensions of patient safety culture included teamwork within units (62%), and frequency of event reporting (62%). While the overall understanding of patient safety (56%) and the non-responsive response to errors (58%) had the lowest score among different dimensions of the patient&rsquo;s safety culture. Score two dimensions of non-punishment response to errors and overall understanding of patient safety in Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences hospitals were significantly higher than Tehran University of Medical Sciences Hospital.<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>Improving patient safety culture should be a priority among hospital administrators. Healthcare staff should be encouraged to report errors without fear of punitive action.
