تأثیر درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر بهبود کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به MS

زمینه و هدف: MS یک بیماری مزمن سیستم عصب مرکزی است که علائم جسمانی و پیامدهای روانشناختی آن منجر به کاهش کیفیت زندگی در مبتلایان می گردد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر بهبود کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به MS بود.
مواد و روش­ها: روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه تجربی و طرح آن از نوع پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری کلیه بیماران عضو انجمن MS شهر شیروان (50نفر) در سال 1396 بودند. نمونه پژوهش 20 نفر از افراد داوطلب بودند که به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل، هر گروه 10 نفر، جایگزین شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی بیماران MS بود که قبل و بعد از مداخله توسط هر دو گروه تکمیل گردید. گروه آزمایش در ۸ جلسه درمان پذیرش و تعهد شرکت کردند و گروه کنترل هیچ گونه مداخله‌ای را دریافت نکردند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده های پژوهش از روش تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد. کلیه تحلیل ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار 24/SPSS انجام شد.
یافته­ ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر بهبود کیفیت زندگی و ابعاد سلامت جسمی و سلامت ذهنی گروه آزمایش تاثیر معنی دار دارد (0/001>p).
نتیجه ­گیری: نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد منجر به بهبود کیفیت زندگی در بیماران مبتلا به MS می‌شود؛ بنابراین، پیشنهاد می‌شود در کنار درمان‌های پزشکی، از درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد به منظور بهبود کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به MS استفاده کرد.
