اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای زندگی بر مهارتهای مقابله‌ای مادران و‌ علائم اختلال بی-اعتنایی مقابله ای کودکان خانواده های نظامی

زمینه و هدف: یکی از مهم¬ترین مفاهیم در حوزه فرزندپروری مشکلات رفتاری کودک است و تاثیر آن بر روابط والد-کودک قابل توجه است.  هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر بخشی برنامه مهارتهای زندگی بر مهارتهای مقابله¬ای مادران و‌ علائم اختلال بی اعتنایی مقابله ای دانش آموزان خانواده¬های نظامی است.

مواد و روش¬ها: طرح پژوهش حاضر، نیمه تجربی با پیش آزمون-پس آزمون و گروه کنترل بود. از بین خانواده¬های شاغل نظامی شهر تبریز در سال 1396، 40 نفر از والدین دارای کودکان 6 الی 8 ساله که با استفاده از مصاحبه تشخیصی، دارای تشخیص اختلال بی¬اعتنایی براساسDSM-5 به¬صورت در دسترس انتخاب و بصورت تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. پرسشنامه اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی، مهارتهای مقابله لازاروس و علائم مرضی کودک، ابزارهای این مطالعه در دو مرحله پیش آزمون و پس آزمون بودند و بر اساس نتایج پیش آزمون مادران گروه آزمایش در ۸ جلسه ۴۵ دقیقه¬ای برنامه مهارتهای زندگی شرکت نمودند.  داده¬ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS18،‌ آزمونهای آماری تی مستقل، آنکوا و مانکوا تحلیل شدند.

یافته¬ها: نتایج تحلیل نشان داد آموزش مادران موجب افزایش مهارت¬های جستجوی حمایت اجتماعی، مسئولیت‌پذیری، حل مدبرانه مساله، ارزیابی مجدد مثبت و کاهش مهارت¬های مقابله‌ای رویارویی¬گر، دوری گزینی، خوشتن‌داری، گریز- اجتناب مادران و علائم اختلال بی¬اعتنایی مقابله¬ای دانش آموزان شده است (001/0=p) که حاکی از اثربخشی این روش آموزشی است.

نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان می¬دهد آموزش  مهارتهای زندگی منجر به بهبود مهارت¬های مقابله¬ای مادران در ارتباط با فرزندانشان شده و این روش بر کاهش مشکلات رفتاری کودکان تاثیر مطلوبی دارد. از این رو، پژوهشگر این روش درمانی را بر روی مشکلات کودک-والد پیشنهاد می¬کند.
