اثربخشی آموزش مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر ارتقاء سلامت روان و کیفیت زندگی سالمندان مبتلا به سرطان

زمینه و هدف: سالمندی دوره ای حساس از زندگی است و توجه به مسائل و نیازهای این مرحله، ضرورتی اجتماعی به شمار میرود. در سال های کنونی پیر شدن جمعیت به یکی از مهم ترین مسائل بهداشت عمومی تبدیل شده است. از این رو  هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی  درمان پذیرش و تعهد  بر ارتقای کیفیت زندگی سالمندان مبتلا به سرطان  بود.

مواد و روش ها : مطالعه حاضر از نوع نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون – پس آزمون بود. در این پژوهش 30 نفر از طریق نمونه گیری به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند.  به منظور  گردآوری داده ها  از پرسشنامه  کیفیت زندگی و پرسشنامه سلامت روان استفاده شد. پس از اجرای پیش آزمون، گروه آزمون به مدت 8جلسه  آموزش را دریافت کردند. تجزیه تحلیل نتایج از تحلیل کواریانس در نرم افزار spss23 انجام شد.

یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد آموزش پذیرش و تعهد در مقایسه با گروه کنترل، کیفیت زندگی و ابعاد آن(بعد جسمانی، روان شناختی، محیطی و اجتماعی) را در سالمندان به طور معناداری افزایش داده  است( 0/05>p).  همچنین این آموزش سلامت روان را در سالمندان را به طور معناداری افزایش داد( 05/0 p<).

 بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد آموزش پذیرش و تعهد، افزایش کیفیت زندگی را در پی دارد. از این رو  با توجه به افزایش جمعیت سالمندان در جوامع در حال توسعه از جمله ایران و لزوم توجه به سلامت جسمانی و روانشناختی این  قشر میتوان از این آموزش برای بهبود کیفیت زندگی سالمندان بهره برد.
