تعیین قدرت پیشگویی کنندگی نظریه رفتار برنامه ریزی شده در میزان مثبت اندیشی دانشجویان

زمینه و هدف: یکی از عوامل مؤثر در بهبود وضعیت روانشناختی برخورداری دانشجویان از تفکر مثبت می‌باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل مؤثر در اتخاذ رفتار مثبت اندیشی بر اساس نظریه رفتار برنامه ریزی شده در دانشجویان انجام شد.

مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه مقطعی- تحلیلی روی 632 دانشجوی کارشناسی و با روش نمونه گیری چند مرحله ای انجام شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار  SPSSنسخه 22 و آماره‌های استنباطی (آزمون های کای اسکوئر، همبستگی پیرسون، آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه، تی مستقل و رگرسیون خطی) انجام گردید.

یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه میانگین (± انحراف معیار) مثبت اندیشی 20/28 (± 3/29) بود. بر اساس نتایج 60 درصد دانشجویان دارای سطح مثبت اندیشی بالا، 28 درصد مثبت اندیشی متوسط و 2 درصد دارای سطح مثبت اندیشی ضعیف بودند. نتایج رگرسیون خطی نشان داد که سازه های نگرش، هنجار ذهنی، کنترل رفتاری درک شده، قصد رفتار و رفتار مثبت اندیشی در مجموع قادر به پیشگویی 26 درصد واریانس‌ها برای مقیاس مثبت اندیشی می ‌باشند و سازه های کنترل رفتاری درک شده و نگرش بیشترین تأثیر را در پیشگویی میزان مثبت اندیشی افراد داشتند (0/001>P).

نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده نظریه رفتار برنامه ریزی می تواند به عنوان نظریه مناسبی برای پیشگویی در زمینه مثبت اندیشی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. همچنین با توجه به اینکه سازه های کنترل رفتاری درک شده و نگرش بیشترین تاثیر را در پیشگویی میزان مثبت اندیشی دانشجویان داشتند، لازم است تا در برنامه های آموزشی به این موارد توجه بیشتری گردد.
