نگرانی های دوران بارداری در مادران نخست‌زا: یک مطالعه آنالیز محتوای کیفی

زمینه و اهداف: دوران بارداری اگر چه برای اکثریت زنان یک دوره لذت بخش است ولی اغلب یک دوره پراسترس و همراه با تغییرات فیزیکی و روانی به شمار می آید. ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی بهزیستی روانی از اهداف مهم سلامتی در زنان باردار می باشد. هدف از این مطالعه تبیین نگرانیهای دوران بارداری در مادران نخست‌زا می باشد

مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه کیفی از نوع تحلیل محتوای قراردادی و مطابق با روش استقرائی به روش تحلیل محتوای گرانهیم و لاندمن انجام شد، جمع آوری داده ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختار ی با 24 مادر نخست‌زای شهرستان کاشان انجام و اشباع داده ها حاصل شد. تمام مصاحبه ها ضبط، دست نویس و خط به خط تحلیل شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها، با استفاده از نسخه 10 نرم افزار MAXQDA انجام شد. 

یافته ها: از تحلیل داده ها دو طبقه و زیر طبقات آن استخراج شد. طبقه اول نگرانی های ادراک شده مادر نسبت به سلامت خود طی بارداری بود که خود شامل زیر طبقات: تغییرات شرایط جسمی و روانی در دوران بارداری و کنار آمدن با آن، زایمان سالم، حمایت اطرافیان و اجتماع، ایفای نقش همسری و چالشهای والدگری بود. طبقه دوم نگرانی های مادر در ارتباط با سلامت جنین بود. که شامل زیر طبقات: افکار ناخوشایند در مورد شکل گیری جنین، مسئولیت پذیری در مورد سلامت جنین، و نگرانی در مورد آسیب به جنین در طی بارداری و زایمان بود.

نتیجه گیری: مادران نخست‌زا در دوران بارداری از نگرانی های متعددی در مورد سلامت خود و جنین رنج میبرند، این نگرانیها میتواند سلامت آنها را تهدید کند. لذا به نظر می رسد متولیان سلامت مادران با برگزاری کلاسهای آموزشی جهت کاهش دغدغه های مادران، میتوانند با کاهش افکار منفی به آنها کمک نمایند تا بارداری ایمن تری را تجربه نمایند.
