کاربرد مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی در پیشگویی رفتارهای حفاظتی در برابر کووید 19 در نوجوانان شهراصفهان

زمینه و هدف:  رفتارهای حفاظتی نوجوانان در برابر ویروس کرونا یکی از دغدغه های اصلی بهداشت عمومی طی ماه های اخیرمی باشد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ادراک نوجوانان از رفتارهای پیشگیرانه برای اجتناب از بیماری COVID-19 بر اساس مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی (HBM) انجام شد.
مواد و روش ها :مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه مقطعی است که بر روی 797 نفر نوجوان در شهر اصفهان انجام شده است.  نمونه ها ها  با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای دو مرحله ای از بین مدارس مقطع متوسطه  شش ناحیه آموزش و پرورش شهر اصفهان  انتخاب شدند. ضمن  هماهنگی با سازمان آموزش و پرورش استان اصفهان طی بخشنامه ای لینک پرسشنامه الکترونیک محقق ساخته در اختیار رابطین آموزشی مدارس منتخب قرار گرفت تا از طریق شبکه های اجتماعی در اختیار شرکت کنندگان قرار گیرد. پس از تکمیل، داده ها در نرم افزار آماری SPSS23  و با استفاده از آزمون های  آماری همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل رگرسیون خطی و سلسله مراتبی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. 
یافته ها: بین رفتارهای حفاظتی نوجوانان با خودکارآمدی(001/0 , P<62 /0 r=)منافع درک شده (001/0, P< 29/0 r=) و شدت درک شده(001/0, P<14/0 r=) همبستگی مثبت و معنا دار و با حساسیت درک شده(001/0  , P<11 /0 r=-) و موانع درک  شده(001/0, P<21/0 r=-) همبستگی منفی و معنا دار وجود داشت. سازه های مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی به طور معنی داری قادر به تبیین رفتارهای حفاظتی نوجوانان در برابر کووید 19 می باشند(001/0, P< 42/0 AdjR2=) و سازه خودکارآمدی قوی ترین پیش بینی کننده رفتار (001/0,  P<59/0 β=)  می باشد.
بحث : بر اساس نتایج مطالعه حاضر، خودکارآمدی و  موانع درک شده تعیین کننده اصلی رفتارهای پیشگیرانه COVID-19 در نوجوانان بوده است. می توان نتیجه گرفت که مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی ابزار خوبی برای پیش بینی رفتارهای پیشگیرانه از COVID-19 در نوجوانان است.
