اثربخشی آموزش مدیریت استرس به شیوه شناختی رفتاری بر راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان، امید به زندگی، بهزیستی ذهنی و سازگاری اجتماعی دانش آموزان دارای اختلال اضطراب فراگیر

زمینه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تاثیر آموزش مدیریت استرس به شیوه شناختی فتاری بر راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان، امید به زندگی، بهزیستی ذهنی و سازگاری اجتماعی در دانش‌آموزان دارای اختلال اضطراب فراگیر صورت گرفت.

 مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر نیمه‌تجربی از نوع پیش‌‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش دانش‌آموزان دارای اختلال اضطراب فراگیر مقطع متوسطه دوم شهرستان دیواندره در سال تحصیلی۱۴۰۱-۱۴۰۲ بودند. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، ۲۸ نفر از آن‌ها انتخاب و به شیوه تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (۱۴ نفر) و کنترل (۱۴ نفر) قرار داده شدند. گروه آزمایش ۱۰ جلسه (یک جلسه در هفته، ۹۰ دقیقه‌ای) پروتکل آموزش مدیریت استرس به شیوه شناختی-رفتاری آنتونی و همکاران (۲۰۰۷) را دریافت کردند. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه اختلال اضطراب فراگیر، مقیاس تنظیم هیجان، مقیاس امید، پرسشنامه بهزیستی ذهنی، پرسشنامه سازگاری اجتماعی کالیفرنیا استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر در نرم‌افزار SPSS-۲۶ استفاده شد.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان از وجود تفاوت معنادار بین گروه کنترل و آزمایش (۰/۰۱ >p) و مراحل پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پی‌گیری گروه آزمایش در راهبردهای تنظیم‌هیجانی (۰/۰۱ >p)، (نمرات پیش‌آزمون: ۱۶/۴۲، پس‌آزمون: ۲۸/۴۲ و پی‌گیری: ۲۷/۱۴)، امید به زندگی (۰/۰۱ >p)، (نمرات پیش‌آزمون: ۸۵/۵۷، پس‌آزمون: ۱۱۹/۲۸ و پی‌گیری: ۱۰۵/۰۷)، بهزیستی ذهنی (کل) (۰/۰۱ >p) (نمرات پیش‌آزمون: ۹۲/۷۱، پس‌آزمون: ۱۲۸/۷۱ و پی‌گیری: ۷۱ /۱۲۶) و سازگاری اجتماعی (کل) (۰/۰۱ >p) (نمرات پیش‌آزمون: ۱۰/۰۶، پس‌آزمون: ۱۸/۷۰ و پی‌گیری: ۱۷/۱۵) داشت.

نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به کارآمدی آموزش مدیریت استرس به شیوه شناختی رفتاری در افزایش راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان، امید به زندگی، بهزیستی ذهنی و سازگاری اجتماعی در دانش‌آموزان دارای اختلال اضطراب فراگیر، می‌توان از نتایج پژوهش حاضر در مراکز مشاوره و روان‌درمانی جهت مداخله در افراد دارای اختلال اضطراب فراگیر استفاده کرد.
