تاثیر آموزش بر دانش، نگرش و عملکرد کارکنان دانشکده‌ علوم پزشکی سیرجان پیرامون استفاده از برچسب‌های مواد غذایی

زمینه و هدف: به نظر می رسد آموزش در ارتقاء دانش، بهبود الگوهای غذایی افراد و انتخاب‌های غذایی سالمتر تاثیر گذار است. لذا این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تاثیر برنامه ‌آموزشی بر دانش، نگرش و عملکرد مصرف¬کنندگان در مورد استفاده از برچسب‌های مواد غذایی انجام گرفت.

مواد و روش ها : مطالعه مقطعی حاضر از نوع مداخله نیمه تجربی بوده و بر روی ۲۵۰ نفر از کارکنان دانشکده علوم پزشکی سیرجان انجام شد. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شامل پنج قسمت بود: اطلاعات دموگرافیک، سوالات مرتبط با دانش، نگرش، عملکرد و در نهایت نظرسنجی در خصوص برچسب های مواد غذایی و ویژگی¬های آنها. آموزش بصورت سخنرانی در قالب 2 جلسه 120 دقیقه با فاصله یک هفته همراه با بحث گروهی و آموزش مشارکتی بود. مطالعه حاضر فاقد گروه کنترل بوده و بصورت قبل و بعد انجام شد.  شش هفته پس از اجرای برنامه آموزشی، پرسشنامه ها مجددا توسط نمونه ها تکمیل گردید .

یافته‌ها: محدوده سنی این کارکنان 21 تا  57 سال و 85/3% آنها متاهل بودند. نتایج بدست آمده از این مطالعه نشان داد که میانگین نمرات دانش قبل از آموزش 3/28± 11/38 بود که متعاقباً پس از آموزش به 2/42± 20/92 افزایش یافت. میانگین نمرات نگرش از 5/43± 29/48 به 4/79 ± 30/31 تغییر یافت؛ علاوه بر این، میانگین نمرات عملکرد از 3/31± 12/62 به 2/15± 17/88 افزایش یافت. نتایج حاکی از اختلاف معنادار میانگین نمره آگاهی 0/001˂ P، نگرش 0/03=P ، و عملکرد 0/001˂ P قبل و بعد از آموزش می باشد.

نتیجه‌گیری: باتوجه به این که بین نمره دانش، نگرش و عملکرد کارکنان دانشکده علوم پزشکی سیرجان قبل و بعد از آموزش اختلاف معنی¬داری وجود دارد لذا  استفاده ازروش آموزش مستقیم درخصوص برچسب های مواد غذایی پیشنهاد میگردد.
