کاربرد تئوری رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌‌شده در پیش‌بینی تاخیر واکسیناسیون دو ماهگی کودکان: یک مطالعه مقطعی

زمینه و هدف: واکسیناسیون از موثرترین مداخلات سلامت عمومی است. اما، تاخیر در واکسیناسیون کودکان همچنان یکی از چالش‌های نظام سلامت است. این مطالعه با هدف پیش‌بینی تاخیر واکسیناسیون دو ماهگی کودکان بر اساس سازه‌های تئوری رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده در شهر مشهد در سال ۱۴۰۳ انجام شد.

مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه مقطعی-تحلیلی روی ۱۵۰ نفر از والدین کودکان دارای تاخیر بیش از ۱۰ روز در واکسیناسیون دو ماهگی در شهر مشهد در سال ۱۴۰۳ انجام شد. نمونه‌گیری به ‌صورت چندمرحله‌ای و با احتمال متناسب با اندازه از مراکز بهداشت شهر مشهد انجام گردید. داده‌ها توسط پرسشنامه‌ای محقق‌‌ساخته بر اساس سازه‌های تئوری رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، همبستگی اسپیرمن و رگرسیون خطی چندمتغیره در نرم‌افزار  SPSS در سطح معنی‌داری ۰/۰۵ تحلیل شد.

یافته‌ها: ۵۷/۳ درصد از کودکان بیش از ۳۰ روز در واکسیناسیون دو ماهگی تاخیر داشتند. بین تمامی سازه‌های تئوری رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده با رفتار تاخیر در واکسیناسیون، همبستگی مثبت و معناداری مشاهده شد (۰/۰۰۱>p). در مدل رگرسیونی، نگرش (۰/۵۲۱=β) و هنجارهای ذهنی (۰/۳۳۱=β) پیش‌بینی‌کننده‌های معنادار قصد رفتاری بودند و کنترل رفتاری درک‌‌شده تنها سازه دارای اثر مستقیم بر رفتار تاخیر واکسیناسیون بود (۰/۰۰۱>β=۰/۲۶۰,P) سازه‌های تئوری رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده ۲۰/۶ درصد از واریانس رفتار تاخیر در واکسیناسیون را تبیین کردند (۰/۲۰۶=Adjusted R2=۰/۱۸۱, R2;).

نتیجه‌گیری: مداخلات آموزشی مبتنی بر تئوری رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده، با تاکید بر تقویت کنترل رفتاری درک‌‌شده، افزایش احساس توانمندی، بهبود دسترسی و کاهش موانع محیطی، می‌توانند در کاهش تاخیر واکسیناسیون کودکان موثر باشند.
