تاثیر سلامت روان و انسجام روابط خانوادگی بر گرایش به خودکشی سربازان: ارزیابی نقش میانجی عوامل سازمانی

چکیده:   (628 مشاهده)
زمینه و هدف: خودکشی سربازان، نوعی آسیب چندبعدی، رفتاری است که عوامل متعددی در بروز آن دخیل هستند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین روابط ساختاری بین سلامت روان و انسجام روابط خانوادگی با واسطه عوامل سازمانی بر گرایش به خودکشی سربازان انجام پذیرفت.

مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش از نوع مطالعات همبستگی و توصیفی- تحلیلی است.جامعه‌ شامل کلیه سربازان مشغول به خدمت نیروی انتظامی ایران۱۴۰۰-۱۴۰۱می باشد با نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده همراه با خوشه ای چند مرحله ای طبق فرمول کوکران به حجم۱۰۰۰ نفر میباشند. داده ها از پرسشنامه های سلامت روانی ۲۸- GHQ گلدبرگ و هیلر(۱۹۷۹)، تمایل به خودکشی جوینر و همکاران(۲۰۰۹)، انسجام خانوادگی موس(۲۰۰۹) و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته عوامل سازمانی بدست آمد و روش مدل تحلیل عاملی تاییدی جهت بررسی مدل پیش فرض توسط Spss16 و Amos24 انجام گردید. 

یافته ها: مدل پیشنهادی برازش قابل قبولی دارد. سلامت روان (B=-۰/۲۲۷,P=۰/۰۲۲ ) انسجام روابط خانوادگی(B=-۰/۱۵۷,P =۰/۰۰۱) ‌بر گرایش به خودکشی با میانجیگری عوامل سازمانی، دارای رابطه معکوس معنادار می باشند. متغیرهای سلامت روانی، انسجام خانوادگی و عوامل سازمانی همزمان قادر به تبیین ۲۵/۳درصد از واریانس گرایش به خودکشی و سلامت روانی و انسجام خانوادگی قادر به تبیین ۱۶/۲درصد از عوامل سازمانی هستند.

نتیجه گیری: سلامت روان و انسجام روابط خانوادگی تقویت شده با واسطه عوامل سازمانی مثبت به درک صحیح از شرایط خدمت منجر شده و سبب کاهش گرایش به خودکشی بین سربازان می شود.
