ثأثیر تمرینات بازی‌محور بر وزن، شاخص توده بدن و درصد چربی کودکان دارای اضافه وزن با اختلال هماهنگی رشدی

زمینه و هدف: تغییرات ترکیب بدنی بر ابعاد مختلف جسمانی، حرکتی و روانی فرد اثر می¬گذارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تأثیر تمرینات بازی‌محور بر شاخص توده بدن، درصد چربی و وزن کودکان دارای اضافه وزن با اختلال هماهنگی رشدی است.
مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه‌تجربی و از نوع پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون است. تعداد 50 کودک 8 تا 10 سال با روش نمونه¬گیری به صورت هدفمند و بر اساس معیارهای ورود، پس از بررسی سوابق بیماری، قد و وزن و تکمیل پرسشنامه از بین مدارس ابتدایی منطقۀ 15 تهران انتخابشدند. پس از انجام پیش‌آزمون به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (30 نفر) و گروه کنترل (20 نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش هر هفته 3 جلسه و به مدت 3 ماه در برنامه تمرینی شرکت کردند. برای سنجش اختلال هماهنگی افراد از آزمون رشد حرکتی MABC-2 و برای ترکیب بدن از کالیپر و ترازو استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 21 و آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس یک‌طرفه در سطح معنی‌داری 0/05 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: بررسی متغییرها پس از 12 هفته مداخله نشان‌دهنده کاهش وزن، درصد چربی و شاخص توده بدن کودکان در گروه آزمایش بود. گروه آزمایش نمرات بهتری نسبت به گروه کنترل گرفتند که این تفاوت معنادار بود.
نتیجه گیری: اجرای فعالیت ورزشی به شکل بازی یکی از شیوه¬های مؤثر مداخله در کودکان دارای اضافه وزن است. بنابراین می¬توانیم با مداخله زودهنگام، اثر مثبتی بر رشد حرکتی و پیشگیری از اضافه وزن داشته باشیم.
