In recent years, the third wave of HIV transmission through sexual activity is rising. Sampling was conducted based on in-access samples and were evaluated in three Phases (before intervention, one week after intervention and two months after intervention). Data were collected by questionnaire in which  two parts existed. The first part included demographic questions and the second part was in regard to the questions about knowledge, attitude, practice and the risky behaviors. Data were evaluated statistically using SPSS version 21 and descriptive tests, t-tests, and Analysis Of Variance (ANOVA).
Results: The results demonstrated that the differences between mean scores of attitude before and two months after the intervention was 2.97 ± 1.78 and difference in performance scores before and two months after the intervention was 2.69 ± 2.11. There was a statistically significant difference ( p <0.0001) when comparing the average score of knowledge, attitude and practice of samples pre-, post-intervention,. The significant difference between before and after intervention was the use of condoms (p <0/001).
Conclusion: The appropriate method of educational interventions provided positive effects in increasing participats’knowledge, their positive attitudes and improvement in their behavior. A continuous and targeted training in supportive circumstances without prejudice about vulnerable women seems an immediate requirement for health promotion in the society.
