پیش نیاز طراحی مداخله ارتقای سلامت با رویکرد بازاریابی اجتماعی برای کاهش مصرف غذاهای آماده در بین دانش آموزان: یک پژوهش تکوینی با رویکرد ترکیبی

زمینه و اهداف: افزایش روند مصرف غذاهای آماده در بین نوجوانان یکی از چالش­های برنامه­ ریزان و سیاست­گذاران حوزه سلامت عمومی است. شناخت الگوهای رفتاری و استفاده از مداخلات مناسب یکی از راه­های اثرگذاری و تغییر در این الگوها است. این مطالعه با هدف شناخت وضعیت مصرف غذاهای آماده در بین دانش آموزان متوسطه اول شهر یاسوج صورت گرفته است.
مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه تکوینی بوده و از رویکرد تحقیق ترکیبی استفاده کرده است. گردآوری داده ­ها در مرحله کمی، با استفاده از پرسشنامه استاندارد دانش، نگرش، رفتار در بازاریابی اجتماعی، و در مرحله کیفی به کمک بحث گروهی متمرکز انجام شده است. در گام بعد، برای تجزیه و تحلیل ترکیبی داده­ ها، در فاز کمی از تحلیل همبستگی و در فاز کیفی مطالعه از روش تحلیل محتوا استفاده شده است. در این دو مرحله نرم­افزارهای SPSS 22 و MAXQDA 2018 مورد استفاده قرار گرفته­اند.
یافته ها: در مرحله کمی علاوه بر تعیین مشخصات جمعیت شناختی، نگرشی و رفتاری، رابطه این متغیرها با مصرف غذاهای آماده شناسایی شده است. یافته­ ها نشان از رابطه معنادار بین متغیرهای دانش، نگرش؛ (01. p <)، جنسیت، تحصیلات و اشتغال مادر؛
​(05. p <)، با میزان مصرف غذاهای آماده است. در بخش کیفی یافته­ ها در 20 درون مایه فرعی و پنج درون مایه اصلی شامل موانع، انگیزاننده ­ها، نقش والدین، نقش مدرسه و کانال­های توزیع ارائه شده­اند.
بحث: با انجام پژوهش تکوینی می­توان مداخلات موثری را برای ارتقای سلامت طراحی و پیاده سازی کرد. یافته­ های حاصل از این مطالعه بینش­های ارزشمندی را جهت تغییر الگوی تغذیه ای دانش آموزان در حوزه پایین دستی برای سیاست­گذاران و بازاریابان اجتماعی فراهم می­سازد
