نقش مصرف رسانه‌ای بر انجام فعالیت بدنی براساس الگوی پندر در دانش آموزان ایران با ارائه الگوی کاربردی

زمینه و هدف: هدف این مطالعه بررسی نقش مصرف رسانه‌ای بر انجام فعالیت بدنی براساس الگوی پندر در دانش آموزان ایران بود.

 مواد و روش‌ها: روش این تحقیق توصیفی همبستگی به روش معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه دانش آموزان 11 تا 19 ساله کل کشور بود که با استفاده روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای تعداد 384 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادهای تحقیق از دو پرسشنامه مصرف رسانه‌ای و فعالیت بدنی براساس الگوی پندر استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوی پرسشنامه‌ها مورد تأیید و پایایی آن‌ها با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 0/934 و 0/834  به دست آمد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای آماری Spss نسخه 19 و نرم‌افزار Amos نسخه 18 انجام  و از آمار توصیفی و از آزمون کلمو گروف اسمیرنوف، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری  استفاده شد

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که مصرف رسانه‌ای بر تغییر رفتار (0/82=Beta)، فواید درک شده (0/80=Beta)، خودکارآمدی دانش آموزان (0/74=Beta)، موانع درک شده دانش آموزان (0/61-=Beta)، تأثیر معناداری دارد (0/001=P)

نتیجه گیری: مصرف رسانه‌ها سبب ارتقاء سطح فعالیت بدنی براساس الگوی سلامت پندر در میان دانش آموزان می‌شود. لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود رسانه‌ها بخصوص رسانه‌های ورزشی در برنامه‌های خود به برنامه های ورزشی مبتنی بر فعالیت های بدنی کودکان توجه ویژه‌ای داشته باشند.
