الگوهای غذایی مرتبط با چاقی بزرگسالان شهر تهران، ایران: مرور دامنه ای

زمینه و هدف: شناسایی الگوهای غذایی مرتبط با چاقی بر سیاستگذاری موثر است. هدف این مطالعه، جمع بندی الگوهای غذایی مرتبط با چاقی بزرگسالان شهر تهران و گروه های غذایی این الگوها بود.

مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه در چارچوب روش پنج مرحله ای آرکسی و اُمالی انجام شد. جستجوی مقالات منتشر شده در دو دهه اخیر (2020-2000) در پایگاه های اطلاعات بین المللی (پابمد، وب آو ساینس)، پایگاه های اطلاعات ملی (سید، ایرانداک) و موتور جستجوی گوگل اسکولار با کلمات کلیدی چاقی، اضافه وزن، الگوی رژیم غذایی، الگوی خوردن، الگوی غذایی، رژیم غذایی و ایران و نیز جستجوی پایان نامه ها، گزارشات پایانی و فهرست منابع مطالعات منتخب به صورت دستی انجام شد. مطالعات بر اساس مقیاس نیوکاسل اتاوا ارزیابی کیفیت شدند. 

یافته ها: تعداد 12 مطالعه وارد مطالعه مروری گردید. از مجموع 33 الگوی غذایی، 17 الگو با چاقی رابطه داشتند. هشت الگوی غذایی نامطلوب، هشت الگوی غذایی مطلوب و یک الگوی غذایی ارتباط متناقض با چاقی داشتند. گروه های غذایی که در الگوهای غذایی نامطلوب مشترک بودند شامل: نوشابه شیرین شده و صنعتی، شیرینی و دسرها، آب میوه های صنعتی، قندوشکر، گوشت قرمز، گوشت فرآوری شده و امعاء و احشاء، چربی جامد، غلات تصفیه شده، میان وعده های شور وگروه های غذایی که در الگوهای غذایی مطلوب مشترک بودند شامل: سبزیجات، میوه ها، گوشت طیور و ماهی، حبوبات، غلات کامل، زیتون یا روغن زیتون بود. 

نتیجه گیری: الگوهای غذایی مرتبط با چاقی در بزرگسالان شهر تهران رایج است. این مطالعه اطلاعاتی از گروه های غذایی فراهم کرده است که راهنمای سیاستگذاری هدفمند برای بهبود این گروه های غذایی درحوزه های عرضه فروشگاه های مواد غذایی، مصرف خانوارها و تولیدات صنایع غذایی و کشاورزی است.
