آزمون مدل ساختاری مشکلات خواب معلمان آموزش استثنایی براساس تعارض کار-خانواده و نقش میانجی استرس شغلی و تاب‌آوری

زمینه و هدف: مشکلات خواب از جمله چالش‌های شایع در میان معلمان آموزش استثنایی است که می‌تواند سلامت روان، کیفیت زندگی و عملکرد حرفه‌ای آنان را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف آزمون مدل ساختاری مشکلات خواب معلمان آموزش استثنایی براساس تعارض کار-خانواده و نقش میانجی استرس شغلی و تاب‌آوری انجام شد.

مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش از نظر روش‌شناسی توصیفی‌همبستگی از نوع معادلات ساختاری بود که طی آن از بین تمام معلمان زن و مرد متأهل مدارس و مراکز استثنایی شهر مشهد در شش ماه دوم سال ۱۴۰۴، تعداد نهایی ۲۸۸ به‌صورت در دسترس به عنوان نمونه‌ی پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات شامل مقیاس‌های تاب‌آوری (CD-RISC، کانر و دیویدسون، ۲۰۰۳)، تعارض کار-خانواده (WFCS، کارلسون و همکاران، ۲۰۰۰)، پرسشنامه استرس شغلی (JSQ، پارکر و دکوتیس، ۱۹۸۳) و  شاخص مشکلات خواب (PSQI، بویس و همکاران، ۱۹۸۹) بود. تحلیل اطلاعات به دست آمده در سطح توصیفی با میانگین و انحراف استاندارد و در سطح استنباطی نیز با آزمون‌های همبستگی پیرسون و مدل معادلات ساختاری به‌کمک نرم‌افزارهای SPSS-۲۷ و SmartPLS ۳.۳ انجام شد. 

یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد مدل مفهومی پژوهش از برازش مناسبی برخوردار بوده و در این الگوی ساختاری تعارض کار-خانواده (۰/۲۱=β و ۰/۰۱>p) اثر مستقیم معنی‌داری بر مشکلات خواب دارد. هم‌چنین در این الگو نقش میانجی استرس شغلی (۰/۱۳=β) و تاب‌آوری (۰/۰۶=β) نیز تأیید شد (۰/۰۱>p). 

نتیجه‌گیری: با نتایج این پژوهش، طراحی و اجرای مداخلات روان‌شناختی با هدف کاهش تعارض کار-خانواده، مدیریت استرس شغلی و تقویت تاب‌آوری می‌تواند در پیشگیری از مشکلات خواب و کاهش پیامدهای منفی آن در این گروه شغلی مؤثر باشد.
