اثربخشی مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر تئوری رفتار برنامه ریزی شده توسعه یافته بر رفتارهای حامی محیط زیست

زمینه و هدف: مداخلات آموزشی تئوری محور رویکردی منطقی در راستای بهبود رفتارهای حامی زیست محیطی است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثربخشی مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر تئوری رفتار برنامه ریزی شده توسعه یافته بر رفتارهای حامی محیط زیست در ساکنان شهر قزوین انجام شد. 

مواد و روش ها: با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی چند مرحله ای، ۱۲۰ نفر از شهروندان مراجعه کننده به مراکز مراقبت سلامت شهر قزوین در یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی در سال ۱۴۰۱-۱۴۰۲ شرکت کردند. محتوای آموزشی هدفمند از طریق واتس آپ و آموزش آنلاین (۴ جلسه) به صورت سخنرانی و بحث گروهی به همراه پمفلت و پیامک آموزشی برای گروه آزمون ارائه شد. داده ها قبل و ۳ ماه بعد از آموزش با استفاده از پرسشنامه های دموگرافیکی، آگاهی زیست محیطی، تعهد اخلاقی، هویت فردی، خرده مقیاسهای TPB و پرسشنامه رفتارهای حامی محیط زیست گردآوری شد و با نرم افزار SPSS 25.0 و آزمونهای کای اسکوئر، تی مستقل و زوجی، آزمون آنالیز واریانس و آنالیز کوواریانس تحلیل شدند. 

یافته ها: میانگین آگاهی زیست محیطی ( از ۱/۳±۵/۲ به ۲/۱±۱۰/۹)، نگرش (از ۲/۵±۱۷/۵ به ۶/۱±۳۴/۷)، هنجارهای انتزاعی (از ۱/۸±۸/۹ به ۳/۱±۱۴/۹)، هویت فردی (از ۱/۷±۸/۸ به ۲/۱±۱۲/۷)، تعهد اخلاقی (از ۱/۴±۱۰/۹ به ۲/۱±۱۵/۰)، کنترل رفتاری (از ۱/۶±۱۵/۷ به ۳/۵±۲۴/۹) و قصد رفتاری (از ۲/۲±۷/۴ به ۰/۹±۱۱/۲) در گروه آزمون بعد از مداخله آموزشی تئوری محور به طور معنی داری بهبود یافت (۰/۰۰۱>P). همچنین، میانگین رفتارهای حامی محیط زیست در گروه آزمون پس از کنترل اثر متغیر پیش آزمون به طور معنی داری بهبود یافتند (۹/۵±۳۶/۴ به ۸/۷±۵۲/۲، ۰/۰۰۱>P).

نتیجه گیری: اجرای مداخلات آموزشی مبتنی بر تئوری رفتار برنامهریزی شده توسعه یافته میتواند بواسطه بهبود پیش آیندهای روانشناختی موجب ترغیب رفتارهای حامی زیست محیطی در شهروندان شود.
