Background and Objective: In terms of the inherent characteristics of the military career, law enforcement personnel as human resources N.A.J.A organization, face multiple occupational issues and as a result, they are more exposed to psychological vulnerability than other employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and social support variables on quality of life of law enforcement personnel of Tabriz city. Methods: For this purpose, 350 men from law enforcement personnel of Tabriz were selected by cluster sampling. To measure variables, participants completed in self-efficacy, social support and quality of life scales. Cronbach's alpha was used to evaluate the reliability and validity of these scales, which indicated the desirability of these scales. LISEREL software was used to analyze the data. Results: Findings of the research using the path analysis method showed that the quality of life of law enforcement personnel is influenced by social support and self-efficacy. In so doing, social support positively، has a direct impact on the quality of life. Self-efficacy is also positively associated with quality of life and has been able to play a mediating role in the relationship between social support and quality of life. To evaluate the model, multiple indices including RMSEA (0.077) and GFI (0.98) were used. The results indicated that the proposed model fitted the data. Conclusion: According to findings, social support and self-efficacy improve the quality of life of law enforcement personnel.
