تعیین قدرت پیشگویی کنندگی مولفه های هوش هیجانی بر مهارت مقابله با استرس تحصیلی

زمینه و هدف: یکی از هیجانات منفی که هر فردی می تواند آن را تجربه کند استرس است، به نظر می رسد هوش هیجانی می تواند در مقابله با آن کمک کننده باشد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین توان پیش بینی کنندگی مولفه های هوش هیجانی بر مهارت مقابله با استرس تحصیلی در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی نیشابور در سال 1398 انجام شده است.

مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه مقطعی تحلیلی روی 200 دانشجوی دانشکده علوم پزشکی نیشابور با روش نمونه گیری آسان انجام شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 19 و آماره های استنباطی (من ویتنی، کروسکال والیس، همبستگی پیرسون و اسپیرمن و رگرسیون خطی) انجام گردید.

یافته ها: در این مطالعه میانگین(± انحراف معیار) استرس تحصیلی 137/5(±7/23) و هوش هیجانی 98/8(±13/1) بود. نتایج نشان داد که مولفه های هوش هیجانی شامل مدیریت خود(0/001> p )، مدیریت روابط(0/001>p) و خودآگاهی (0/01=p) به طور معناداری پیش بینی کننده ی مهارت مقابله با استرس تحصیلی در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی نیشابور بودند و توانستند 27/1 درصد استرس تحصیلی را پیش بینی کنند. 

نتیجه گیری: براساس نتایج بدست آمده مولفه های هوش هیجانی می تواند بعنوان روش مناسبی برای پیشگویی مهارتهای مقابله با استرس تحصیلی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. همچنین با توجه به اینکه مولفه های مدیریت خود، مدیریت روابط و خودآگاهی بیشترین تاثیر را در پیشگویی استرس تحصیلی داشتند لازم است تا در برنامه های آموزشی بیشتر به این موارد توجه گردد.
